Appreciated that it was away from the main road, a lovely drive to the building. Nice and quiet. Staff were great, attentive and friendly. Tara at restaurant great! Loved having a balcony facing pool and garden. Being able to sit on balcony. Room very clean.

No elevator in building, so not good for my husband who is recovering from a broken hip (luckily he wasn’t there). No grab bars in shower. so a bit dangerous. Water from shower leaked onto bathroom floor. Need a sliding door. Suggest a small table on balcony; had to invert a garbage can from room and place a book to hold our drinks and snacks.

Everything was good, the room was clean, the bed really comfortable. The parking was close to the reception. I found the stuff nice and smiling, willing to help and to offer a good experience. We are considering to come back if there is an interesting offer.

We visited the swimming pool when we arrived the first day, to take a look, it was already late. The next day, we went around 9:30 am and it wasn't looking cleaned since last night when we took a look, there is water on the floor and hair in the shower, still the same next day when we went. Also a little bit of dirt inside the pool itself.

The room was modern, well maintained and clean and felt comfortable. The pool wasn't overly busy even on the holiday weekend, we were able to find seats. We throughly enjoyed the chophouse restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Great food and service in that spot.

Not a massive hindering however my spouse does have some mobility issues and I believe when booking or confirming our reservation we were not at least felt like we were directly informed that our booked room on the 2nd floor was not elevator accessible. We managed but it was simply something of note as we would very much recommend the facility. The beds were nice however I rated it only a "good" because it happened to be too stiff for our liking but that is very subjective.

Super nice upon walking into the hotel, super quiet and clean. Walking into our room was so nice to see how clean and all the amenities we get with our suite. The bed was super comfortable and everything was just adding up to the best stay. Overall was the best hotel I’ve stayed in!!

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger for how big the suite was! The windows also could’ve not been tinted for a more cozy view.

The swimming pools were so relaxing. The grounds were beautiful with all the trees. They have a children’s playground there and a bbq if you want to cook. Loved the balcony overlooking the pool and the room was so comfy. I wished we had more time to go on walks. The on-site restaurant was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast there The only thing negative is no elevators but other than that this hotel is a breath of fresh air

Great Location right between the Blue Mountains and Collingwood Downtown Area. Facility was exceptional, indoor and outdoor pools are heated for any type of weather enjoyment. Rooms are very clean and spacious for a short visit, next time we will try the apartment style to suit our family better. All around wonderful place to visit, without the busyness of the Blue Mountain village.

Staff was phenomenal. A small issue when we first checked into our room and was attended to within 10 minutes and we were switched rooms. We were also made aware they submit a maintenance ticket to have the issue corrected. The security guard was amazing. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit and eat. We took his advice and had breakfast at Gustavs and it was amazing! The gentleman who checked us into the room was always above and beyond friendly. Very accommodating and informative. The on-site facilities are excellent. We didn’t get to use the pools but next time we will definitely plan to swim!

The room we were moved to was next door to laundry. 9am laundry wasn’t pleasant. I woke up in a panic thinking an airplane was coming down.

The pools were wonderful especially the outdoor pool. Room was very nice.

First room was a King Size overlooking the roof, window was frosted so unable to see out, no view, very disappointing. Asked reception if there was another room available. She was very accommodating and found a 2 queen bed room overlooking the pool. This was so much better. Thank you for being so helpful.

The room is exactly like the picture. I was afraid to get there and face something different but no. It’s a great, clean, spacious and comfortable room. The bed… oh what a great bed.

There’s no room service. That’s the only thing that really bothered me. I have a little one so I basically just wanted the floor to be swept a little bit. Maybe leaving a broom in each room could be a nice idea.

Beautiful property and building. The room is modern and comfortable with AC, microwave, fridge and keureg style coffee maker. Friendly staff and nice on-site restaurant. Free amenities and close drive to Collingwood. Lots of free parking on-site. Free fast wifi and comfortable beds.

Our room was in a high traffic area so you could hear noise from other guests in the hall. The room door wasn’t tightly fitted to the frame so a lot of light from the hall was let into the room. The toilet in our room was not secure to the floor and moved around when using it.
