Our stay was very nice, our first thought of this property was how nice and very clean it was on the outside and once we made it in, we were very pleased with how beautiful it was on the inside. The front desk was very polite during check in. Once we made it to the room we experienced the key not working so we notified the front desk and they took no time getting that issue resolved very quickly. Our room was very clean & comfortable. I felt very special once I noticed the welcome on the tv with my name which is the perfect touch to a great welcome. The breakfast was amazing, there was a bit of everything for breakfast!! We have no complaints, from my stay. The whole entire staff was amazing (maintenance, housekeeping, front desk) Thank you all for an amazing stay!

Everything about this hotel was great. The rooms were nice and spacious, TV welcomes you with your name on it, they had an indoor pool that we loved, facility was clean and looked very welcoming, they had an awesome outdoor and indoor lounge area with a pool table and board games and stuff to keep you entertained with your family, the breakfast that comes with your stay was amazing and had a lot of options for you to have an awesome breakfast, and check out wasn't until 12pm so their was no rush in the morning. We loved this hotel so much that our next trip we take we are seeking out the Hotel branch specifically.

I loved the environment, convenience to places we were visiting, safe location, clean, housekeeping was super nice, the shower was great, soap smells amazing!! Plenty of parking. There's and indoor pool, outdoor smoking section (not a little tiny hidden one either) a pool table and huge table for family games, and a gym. We will definitely be back!! My sister in law is who told me about it and it didn't disappoint.

There wasn't a microwave in our room (there's one downstairs in the lobby though. It wasn't a make or break thing)

The entire property was extremely clean, and the room looked to have brand new fixtures. The shower looked like it had never been used. Indoor pool- check. Pool table- check. Excellent breakfast. All in all a 5* budget-ish break right off the highway.

There could have been a coffee maker in the room, but it spurred us downstairs to partake in their awesome breakfast spread, so it was not a total loss.

The staff was very friendly. The hospitality was very attentive to request for additional towels and washcloths. I was very pleased with the extended breakfast hours and that there were many options. The room was equipped with all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and modern.

Only one side of the elevator was working which was inconvenient because of the long wait time. There was no microwave in the room however they do make one available in the lobby.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! The hotel property was very clean along with the room.

I was in a room that had a joining door. The people next to me had a child that was extremely loud. Was woke up several times in middle of night . After calling front desk they called the other room but didn't help the issue . There was no other rooms to transfer to.

Over all great stay and hands down front desk check in, can't remember her name was great!! She didn't give our room number to us out loud. I didn't even catch on to what she was doing but the bf did, when I asked what's our room number she stated I didn't give it to you out loud but wrote it on the back of your key card in case someone was behind us checking in. Which it wasn't anyone else checking in and one worker that was across the other side of the lobby but it was very good practice and much appreciated safety for our stay. Huge plus that the rooms didn't have carpet in them! Cute little feature that my name was on the tv as a welcome gesture. Bathroom was the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in my life in a hotel stay. Body washes, lotions, and hand soap all smelled so good. Aesthetics of the room was very nice and modern. Honestly no complaints! Stay was great!!

Only dislike and this could've been due to us not really knowing how to work the thermostat, but as soon as the temp got to our heated temp desire it would switch to air and blow out cold air. After about 15 minutes of fighting with it, adjusting the heat temp to as high as it would go, and switching it back and forth we just gave up and went to sleep. Maybe it got tired of us fooling with it, LOL. It was late when we got in from a concert and was beat. We didn't want to bother anyone. The bf works nights so he half sleeps at night anyway and said the thermostat just eventually went off all together during the night. We didn't bother with it the next morning as we were leaving anyway. But honestly not a complaint, everything else great about our stay out weighted this one mishap.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was great beds were comfortable. The vibrant look and the gym was a great touch and the game area.

The pool was down and location for the Uber or ride share could not find hotel.

Great stay. We do not normally stay at hotels opting for VRBO's or Air BnB's and decided to book a hotel since we would only be overnight and head for our beach vacation early the next day. Also, the first time at a TRU by Hilton. We will consider staying again the next time we travel.

Everything was good

The staff was very welcoming from the beginning. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had no issues with parking which was nice. I always love Tru by Hilton!

The only thing I did not enjoy was that our sink did not drain very well and when I turned the shower on the first time the water was brown for almost 5 minutes straight.
