The digital key would not work but I was able to get a regular key card at the front desk. This was the only inconvenience since I couldn't enter the room with the digital key when I arrived pre checked in.

It was slightly busy and only one elevator seemed to be working so sometimes there was a wait time to get upstairs. Plus I could hear the kids in the next room through the outside windows it almost seemed like they were standing outside the window it was that loud.

Location was a big deal for us. The bed and bedding were nice and comfy and we enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was not as clean as we would have expected. It did not appear that the carpet had been vacuumed or the bathroom floor swept. There was a small pile of food crumbs behind the trash can and under the sink area. The body lotion container was empty, but we got by.

Would have preferred free breakfast as many others do offer this. Outdoor courtyard or seating area would have been nice

Would have enjoyed bed being made every day as in the past. Covid restrictions are an excuse for not offering cleaning service Ie. Towels etc

Had an all around great stay! Was just a place to catch some sleep for an early flight out. The staff was my best experience as they were the friendliest. Had one staff member check us in and then dealt with another staff member at checkout who was also very friendly. The shuttle driver was upbeat and made us feel like we weren’t bothering him. ( it was 3:30 am)

Lost power one night no response from workers or refund nor did we get a text call or anything about what happened.couldbt even have s omeone open electric slider trying to get out of hotel had to manly open it. Breakfast room service was disgusting homefries wer undercooked had eggs Benedict and English was not toastef.

Location was great. Room was very nice. Short walk to Starbucks. Hotel has a restaurant on-site. Staff was friendly.

Restaurant choices were a bit limited. Hotel room was nice but had just one very small garbage can (they sent me another larger one when I mentioned this.)

The beds were comfy and for the location, it was much more quiet then I’d expected.

Just previous to the stay here, we’d stayed at another Hilton property in Watertown, Boston. They served a lovely complimentary breakfast buffet. I was saddened to learn that the breakfast here was not complimentary. Also, the customer service person whom we checked out with at the conclusion of our stay couldn’t have been less friendly. It was a sad conclusion to our stay.

Hotel in a centralized location just beyond downtown Portland. Staff friendly, & responsive. Property, specifically rooms very clean.

Coffee maker in room could have been cleaned and sanitized better

The clerk who checked us in stated breakfast was included with our stay, however we were charged for the buffet. It's aggravating.

For some reason, even though I had a confirmed booking.com reservation, the hotel did not have a record of it. But they gave me the same room at the same price promised on booking.com which was great. There were very busy, so I am glad it worked out.
