The staff was very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, the staff was nice even though we arrived late in the evening. She even suggested we could borrow sleds from the hotel for the White Sands dunes when I told her we were there to visit them. I didn't even know that was a thing! So we did borrow them the next day for our visit to the national park. The breakfast was really good, the room was renovated and new and very clean, and the beds were very comfy. It's sort of deceiving because the exterior of the building looks a little older, but the interior of the rooms is very good.

Not much. We liked this place a lot. The parking lot was a a little small and there are only stairs (no elevator), but it's a more motel-style hotel.

Rooms were super nice, despite how it appeared on the outside driving by. The rooms were also nice & bright and provided all of the common amenities within the hotel room itself. Staff was super friendly! Their breakfast options were good as well.

The building is older so no elevator and no first floor options were available, which was fine for us, but could be more difficult for others. No complaints of the building looking older & etc because pictures were provided of the hotel so I knew what I was booking.

Breakfast was great - fluffy eggs, bacon one day, sausage next, variety of breads (sliced, muffins, biscuits) gravy and cereals. Room was very comfortable, although the slanted floor bothered me, not wife. Bed comfortable, which is necessary for both of us. Room was clean - newly renovated Outside grounds NOT very clean - dog area not cleaned - bunch of old poops all over that strip

Better area for dogs. If you allow them then please make a clean area for them - or they're gonna track all that crap into the room Boiler not working - only one of us got a warm shower.

The lady that was at the front desk, even though it was late at night and seemed like she had her hands full getting breakfast ready,was everything I expected, she went out of her way to get us checked in and even gave us a snack so we wouldn’t have to go out in the middle of the night, now that’s what you call. Excellent customer service thank you. Will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a great stay! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great water pressure & the location was quiet. The staff was nice & helpful. The breakfast was delicious...two options of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, fruit, coffee, three juice options & more...plus there was ample seating. Would stay here again!

Nothing, it was a good room for the price

Everything was very clean! The bathroom, bedroom, carpet, sheets, and curtains were all spotless. The breakfast was hearty, albeit with limited options. The staff was amiable. Check-in and check-out were painless and fast. The laundry room was a plus; we could easily wash our clothes (but prepare lots of quarters!!). The curtains were so thick, if you liked to sleep in, you wouldn't be bothered by the lights. Very convenient location as well.

I wished there were a bit more options with breakfast. They only had toast, waffles, scrambled eggs, and breakfast sausage. The kept-cold boiled eggs were a bit....disturbing, the juice machine was broken, but nice yogurt selections.

The staff was helpful beyond anything I see in Las Vegas (which is where I am from). The Breakfast continental was balanced, tasty and easy to serve oneself. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. People very polite. And the restaurants were a very short walking distance. And the steakhouse was a treat next door was a treat (Blackberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream, magnificent)... I WILL go back again to this Quality Inn. Alamogordo was outstanding, as was the Quality Inn there.

I got the room in the back building, so it’s very quiet. The room is very clean and spacious, also includes everything I need. I also enjoy the hot breakfast in the morning. The bonus is we borrowed the sand sleds and wax for free to use in the White Sand National Park. It’s an excellent place to stay!

Big, clean, spacious room with comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave were useful. Breakfast great! Fast easy check in and out, friendly professional counter staff. It was busy here, and while not at capacity, I imagine it was close? Even so, it was quiet and we got a great night's sleep. Great value, would recommend.

Room was in the remodeled section and the hotel (as advised by staff) and was very adequate for our stay. It was at the back far enough away so we didn’t hear rosd traffic nor train traffic noise. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast (eggs, waffles, sausage, toast, juice and coffee.

Every other door slamming as other quests come and go. However that is typically a problem at every hotel you stay at and not the fault of the hotel itself.
