Efficient welcome / reception and administration. Good sized room, clean and comfortable. Friendly housekeeping staff very helpful. Location was extremely central.

Our room had a small window which did affect the enjoyment of the room a little. We would have preferred more ability to see out easily and the room felt more of a box because of this, even though it was a good size. The central location (although convenient) did come with trickier access with the car (traffic etc), and walks (with the dog) but that is not the fault of the hotel of course - it is a busy area, a big junction, and with a pet not hugely convenient, & just something to bear in mind.

The restaurant. Excellent food and good value for money. Sadly though they are finding that guests do not want to eat there. Not sure why this is the case because we really found it one of the best we have found on our trip down to the south of France. We were one of only 2 couples to be eating there on a Friday night even though the hotel was half full.

Probably not the best location as not much around. Suited us well though as just off the route from the tunnel to the Languedoc

We needed somewhere comfortable and clean for our last night before returning home, especially after an awful night at a previous budget hotel. So Best Western was an obvious reliable choice. My husband is experienced in Best Western with work as am I from my childhood and teens travelling with parents. So it's a good go to. We arrived later than planned (9.15pm) and the restaurant still was able to accommodate us for a quick meal. Our girls had lovely children's menu of nuggets and steak haché (a favourite here especially after a long drive) and my husband and I had lovely mains too! Breakfast was excellent and had all options for all tastes and nationalities. The rooms as expected, very comfortable with all amenities needed and expected and we all slept wonderfully. The staff were all friendly and nice. A nice touch was the piano in the reception area which both girls enjoyed playing.

Honestly nothing. The shower in our room had an issue with the temperature gauge but as it was so late nothing could be done about this. I just about managed to get the knob to grip.amd turn down the temperature so it was no longer burning.

The breakfast was excellent - a very good choice, especially of cheeses, plus apple tart and great chocolate cookies, as well as the usual sausages, scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Location on the outskirts of town but easy 15-min walk to centre.

My steak (with the steak and frites) was overcooked and not great, and the frites were not classic French style. But made up for with a superb panacotta with mango puree.

Large, clean, comfortable room with a huge bed, tea and coffee making facility. Fantastic shower, lovely restauarant for evening meal. Breakfast selection was good, with gluten-free option on request. Friendly, helpful staff. Secure parking for motorcycles

Catering pack croissants at breakfast and pots of coffee rather than proper coffee - fell below the high standard of everything else in the hotel.

The Staff was really nice and helpful even with the language barrier sometimes. But they were all lovely. The room and the bed was really what I needed after a long day of working. I love that there was always fruits at the restaurant.

The scrambled eggs at breakfast were too wet. And I think there’s too much breakfast stuff sometimes for a few people. Perhaps they could try do an amount based on the number of guests? I don’t know what is done with left over foods but it would be a shame if it goes to waste.

all good. secure parking for our motorbikes. Staff were friendly and very helpful. breakfast was excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. plus, the hotel is well located.

yet again the air con was an issue. I stayed with three friends, and all of us had issues with noisy air con, in the end we all turned them off and suffered a hot room which disturbed our sleep. I have stayed here a few time (in fact I am again the end of this month) and each time the air con either drips or makes strange noises in the night. and due to the location, an open window lets in too much noise. This is a very minor, but nevertheless irritating problem.

Everything, from checking in to leaving was perfect. The staff were all extremely polite, friendly and very professional. The room had excellent facilities and was very clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and the staff, again, were excellent, with the restaurant manager being outstanding. She made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was of a very good standard. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Absolutely nothing - everything was excellent.

The staff were wonderful. As we left the hotel the receptionist ran out to us in the car park with our passports. We had left them in our room. Many thanks to her and to the cleaner who found them so promptly. Both went the extra mile for us. Beautiful comfortable hotel with great food.

Hotel is well located, Evreux is a really lovely town, you can easily walk into the town from the hotel. Room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was excellent, my wife had Salmon that she claims was the best she had ever had! Plenty of parking, outside is free and I believe if you use the garage it's 9 Euro's.

Our room had a strange "Smokey" aroma about it, not sure what it was, but we could both smell it. And yet again, this is my 3rd visit to this hotel this year, and yet again, the AC was an issue. Due to the hotels cental location, it was far too noisy to have the windows open, but the AC made this really bad, rumbling noise, like a mobile phone vibrating, but much, much louder, in short 2 second bursts. Turn the AC off and it eventually, after about an hour, it stops. Unfortunately, this ruined a good night's sleep. my last visit in September, I stayed with two other friends and both their AC's in their rooms were also an issue.
