Perfect location for the rugby match we were visiting to attend as adjacent to the Stade Mayor stadium. It was also only a very short walk to the marina where we had a great meal. We also were able to walk to the Christmas market and other parts of town. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too.

There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The revolving entrance door caused a couple of accidents on arrival at the hotel - my mother-in law walked into the glass screen as there were no stickers on it so she thought it was an entrance - she was nearly knocked out and had a big bruise on her forehead. Another lady in our group was knocked over backwards landing hard on the back of her head and her bag got trapped in the door.

Parking is easy, just underneath at a public garage, the hotel offers special rates. Very convenient location if you want to get on the ferry. The hotel is very pet friendly! The room was very clean and spacious, a little fridge would be very much appreciated but water is available at any time for free! And you can make tea at the lobby and take it to your room

Breakfast is good in general, but the scrambled eggs were terrible, didn`t even taste like eggs and there is only computer coffee, no espresso.

Breakfast was excellent,the location perfect to reach the port,also only 15 min walking distance from the train station . The personal is very kind and always ready to help you.My departure was at 9 pm,but I could leave in the hotel all the luggage and I could spend the rest of the time before the departure in the hotel in the common area having an amazing time with my husband and my son. I highly recomend thus hotel.

Great location if you want to get a ferry or explore the old town. Modern and very clean, car park just next door.

The thing I really missed was a little fridge/ mini bar to keep my water cold. Also, a water boiler to make tea in the room would have been greatly appreciated. Breakfast was very average, especially for a vegetarian like me. Only one type of cheese and that was cow cheese, no fruit except bananas. The toast was preprepared with ham and cheese 😞 but in France I often find that very difficult.

We booked this room for an afternoon/evening only as our ferry was delayed until midnight. We are cyclists so we needed a safe place for our cycles/luggage and needed rest after a 1032 miles of riding from our home in the UK.

Nothing. Staff were great and gave us a larger room to accomodate our bikes. We checked in at noon and checked out at 22.00hrs.

Nearby parking was useful. Room was very comfortable. Staff were really helpful and the dinner was surprisingly delicious. The chef also surprised us with a little shot of rum which was... intense!

Breakfast was picked over usually by 9am which is fair enough - we were sleeping in! Just would have been nice if it'd been replenished.

The hotel is near the port which was important for us as we took the ferry the next day. We were only staying one night and the stay was OK. We didn't use the feature and can therefore not state that it's working, but they provided Chromecast (or something similiar) on a rather big TV screen. I appreciate that the hotel is considering environmental aspects such as providing shampoo/shower gel with in a refill bottle and refill stations for water (even with different choices for syrups). Also, we were able to deposit our luggage the day we checked out. The breakfast was nice. If we would have stayed longer, maybe the room would have been a bit too tiny, however, I would assume this issue always is the same in city hotels.

Avoiding waste and considering environmental aspects are very important to me and I always have concerns especially regarding buffets. We experienced that the pancake-machine was just producing pancake after pancake. I would wish, that especially regarding the breakfast buffet the hotel would consider to avoid waste. Furthermore the hotel provided disposable cups in the bathroom (for toothbrushes) - why not just provide normal glasses? However, those points didn't have a negative impact on the stay - so everything was pretty fine!

Hotel basic but very clean, very central and had nice little extras such as cool water stations with sirops to chose from for free and free games such as pool, ping pong and table football

Its no five star luxury but comfortable and prices very good for whats included

new, modern, clean, comfortable and good size rooms. parking convenient below. Good location for the port and port side eateries plus bus and or boat to the beaches. good location by the shopping centre to. perfect location for rugby next to the stadium.

Comfortable and spacious room, with a huge bed. Delicious breakfast available and friendly hotel staff, from management to bar staff. Very accessible for the city centre (especially the rugby stadium!)

The breakfast seemed to be attended by a conference, who ate standing up in the middle of the breakfast area, which wasn't very easy to move around. Overnight roadworks were very noisy (but not the hotel's fault)
