We reserved a room here at the very last moment (when another accommodation fell through), and I made a mistake and only reserved one night, so then made a separate reservation for three additional nights. When we checked in and explained this to the desk clerk, he was kind and helpful, finding a way to change it so that we would not have to change rooms. He had to put us in a handicapped-accessible room, but that was okay, and the clerk also included breakfasts, which were very good. The location of this hotel is superb -- very close to Peace Park.

The room we were in had a fairly small window, with no view. Also, more wall hooks would have been helpful.

The hotel was well positioned for our visit to Hiroshima, we were only planning one day and night in our 2 week visit, and access from the main train station was one bus ride and a short walk away. The nearby area had plenty going on, within 10 minutes walk to the Peace Museum, with plenty of places to eat/drink nearby also. We booked a room with lounge access, but forgot about it in the time between booking and actually visiting, which was an excellent surprise. The view from the lounge was unparalleled and the refreshments were very much appreciated. Breakfast the following morning provided both a more traditional offering as well as the usual western continental style breakfast.

I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like with this hotel, the only downside was perhaps the room size (the smallest of the trip) but it was perfectly adequate for a couple staying the one night to not feel cramped or uncomfortable

Brilliant location, easy access to the train line as well as a short walk to the Peace Memorial Park. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were lovely and the early baggage drop off was easy to utilise. Would definitely stay here again.

Can’t fault it really, would’ve liked an option for early check in but couldn’t see anything online to suggest this is offered.

Really great location, walking distance to main “attractions” of Hiroshima. Many great food options in the area and close to Hiroshima station. We really loved the buffet style breakfast every morning. Free entry to the gym was an added bonus that we loved.

Staff is EXCELLENT at their job. Premium costumer service. They were always happy to help and even made recommendations about sightsee and tourism. So keen to solve trip problems related to luggage and manage to make your stay flawless.

Overall everything was ok. Only thing i could say maybe about the restroom, nice and clean but maybe a little vintage; so a little update will make it perfect. Actually no problems at all. Thank you.

We upgraded to a suite for our stay as the standard rooms are only small. These are spacious and fully equipped. The breakfast is excellent with everything you could want to start the day. The location is good too, being only a short walk to the peace park and museum.

I am from Singapore, stayed in ANA Crowne Plaza a few years back during a busines trip, I found this hotel very well located in the city centre, convenient to shopping and restaurants. This time round, I brought my family here for our holiday. I was delighted that I was able to park my car directly in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful in ensuring to all our needs and.made our stay extremely delightful. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in Hiroshima.

Clean. Staff was very helpful. Great location for the densha which can take you pretty much anywhere in Hiroshima.

My room was very small but I understand it’s downtown. The lounge doesn’t permit you to take your drink to your room.

The location, so close to Peace Park, Hondori and restaurants is ideal. The full breakfast menu is a great start to the day of exploring the area. We have stayed at ANA Crowne Plaza many times so when our reservation got cancelled, 4 days before departure due to a bank error, the management very kindly worked with us directly to accommodate or 10 day stay.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Peace Park and were not disappointed. The room size was excellent compared to many other Japan hotels. Very comfortable and everything worked. The Concierge was particularly helpful
