The twin room we had was a good size, fairly modern, and well decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful.... we wanted extra pillows, and these were brought to the room within 15 mins of asking for them. Breakfast was buffet 'help yourself'... we went down early, and everything was hot and plentiful. Good location.... it's on same estate as a Harvester Restaurant, so very easy to eat out and have a drink in the evening if you wanted to.

The only thing I would have changed, is that the heating fan in the room would have been a little quieter, and maybe had worked a little better..... but it didn't hinder the experience at all, and did work well enough.

Staff were very welcoming & helpful. The facilities were very clean & the breakfast a good standard, with a nice choice & well laid out. Particularly liked the fact that tables were cleared & cleaned promptly for reuse. Standard room was reasonable size with a small seating area. Car parking is available but we arrived late evening & there were only a handful of spaces available. Location was useful for us visiting family both in Newport Pagnell & Weston Turville. There is also a Harvester restaurant directly opposite the hotel & a Riverside walk just through the business park.

Our room was a little cold & we couldn't seem to get the heating to come on to warm it a bit more despite following the instructions. The bed sunk in the middle!

Hotel was clean and the room looked like it had a renovation to make more modern. The double room had lots of room, air con and a window to open. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Checking in and out was stress-free. The location was great for my trip, on a small industrial estate with free parking with big car park (we stayed on a Saturday and the car park it was very busy but not full). There's also a pub (Harvester) across the car park if you like that kind of thing. The hotel is near a nice park, Willen Lake, with activities on the water (kayak, paddleboards, peddle boats and a water activity/obstacle course) it was nice to walk around. Amazing value, Saturday night, free car parking with breakfast for £62. We would stay here again.

Only on small thing, breakfast was included (Sunday 7-10am) was very popular and long queues. We didn't have time to wait but not a problem for us. I'd recommend going very early.

Great location close to the Motorway and parkland with nice walks,very pleasant and helpful staff, most importantly to me it was dog friendly, very clean and tidy good attention to detail great housekeeping

Breakfast was good but sometimes not everything was available evening meal choice was very poor and again not available in most cases so had to eat elsewhere, I felt the £25 one off pet charge was a little excessive I had a mind to spend one extra night there although the hotel was almost empty by then the charge for the room was excessive no deal could be made so I came home as originally planned

I can’t fault your staff enough. Reception staff were absolutely fantastic. I was there for 4 nights I had 2 rooms booked, a dog in 1 room. Rooms were excellent, exceedingly clean and more than comfortable. On arriving my dog even got a lovely welcome doggy bag which I think is an absolutely lovely touch. I sat for breakfast in the none carpeted area of the bar which was absolutely perfect as meant my dog could be with me. There was one absolutely lovely and dog mad gentleman behind reception who loved to make a fuss of my dog each evening and made my stay so much more enjoyable as I knew the staff loved the dogs. Thank you so much to all of your staff, they were fantastic. I’ve even recommended your hotel to other dog show friends who need dog friendly hotels in this area.

The only slight issue I felt was the interior lights, not enough. I kept my curtains closed as I had a dog in the room but could have done with better lightening as if I didn’t have curtains open the room was very dark

staff where very kind polite and helpfu even with a difficult situations too deal with at night with over booking but staff remained helpful and courteous through out dealing with difficult guests, I left my glasses in my room in the morning and the guy went and got them for me after I'd checked out, breakfast was lovely and well presented, our room was also lovely and clean and comfortable

the only thing I didn't like was the bacon had run out for breakfast but I think that's where I was down later I to the breakfast slots so it's more my fault than the hotels

The room had everything we needed. It was clean and bright and very quiet. It was good the room had aircon, although that went straight off when we arrived as it wasn't needed. I appreciated the Dove toiletries provided; hotels are known to economise on such items, which why I usually bring my own.

Sorry, breakfast was very disappointing. I appreciate it was free but apparently the sausages were poor quality and the scrambled eggs were tasteless. I enjoyed my toast so not a disaster from my perspective. I would suggest not including hot items. If guests want those they should get them elsewhere.

Convenient location for our needs. Nice big room with big shower.Clean, good breakfast included.

Two things could be improved. The air conditioner/heater unit attached to bedroom wall dripped water constantly , all over the table and the sofa. The carpet was soaked and so we put a towel down on the table and a glass to catch the drips. But it dripped all night. The breakfast was very good, but the queue to get a seat was out the front doors!! A little better organization could have made the place run a bit smoother without the big line up. Also a big queue to get tea and coffee and toast.

Breakfast was good we enjoyed. Bed was OK "small - was not look like double bed". Room: Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, I have a suggestion. It would be helpful to provide two keys for the room. For example, I was out with friends, and my husband had to wait for me to return because he didn't have a key. Everything was good except for the key I struggled as mentioned above.

Really nice staff, especially the night time receptionist. Lovely big room. Clean. Modern, you could even open the bathroom door two ways so you could separate the toilet from the shower area. Not seen that before. Warm. Quiet. Comfy bed. Same quality and size TV that I have at home with channels that actually worked. Nice breakfast. Stayed here after the centre parks spa and before Woburn safari park. Well cheap for the standard of the room too. We were both really impressed.
