Entry to the Ramada from the Services. There was a push button entry, but nowhere was there the information to identify which buttons to press. The intercom had been taken off the post so there was no way to find out from Reception how to get into the Ramada parking unless getting out of my van and walking down to the Reception. Fortunately someone with the secret exit numbers key pressed the buttons and I entered while they exited! Apparently there is "another way in", but there was no information available to inform me of that. This was not the way to end a very busy working day for me. Apart from that everything else was fine.

The room was lovely and clean. The morning staff were very helpful and allowed me and two friends to share on family room. Brought extra towels and made the sofa bed up for us. The evening staff, it was his 2nd shift and he was very very good and professional. So helpful. We were only there around 10 hours as we had a concert. But it was a nice stay and would recommend to others.

We did say the sink wasn’t draining and it wasn’t fixed while we were there, felt bad leaving it full but we couldn’t do anything about it.

Well designed, comfy and mostly clean large room. Good price. Convenient at services. Good food options. Very friendly staff.

There is a gate to enter the car park, and the code for this should be texted or emailed at time of reservation. I was lucky it was warm and dry but spent several minutes trying to get in. The room was quite spacious with a few beds in it. Easy check in at late hour. We just stayed for a few hours after a night out in the area. Kettle and tea/coffee available in the room.

The location was quite far from the centre. So you need a car or taxi to get there. No toiletries available in the room. Everything as in soap, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel was only available upon extra fee. Not great when staying just for a few hours! The hotel could spend a few quid for mini version of everything, at least soap and toothpaste...

Warm welcoming hotel, I ordered breakfast for just two mornings while at the hotel, the breakfast is excellent and a clean bright dining room. A very pleasant and comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff,

It is autumn but some covers over the tables and chairs outside would have been nice. If it’s raining shelter is needed if you want a coffee and cigarette outside as that is where you must go.

Room space and layout was great. The view from the window was nice. Lots of space to put luggage. Staff let me use the phone when I needed it.

Not much space to hang jackets. My room was located downstairs, which made carrying luggage a bit uncomfortable on your own. However staff was very helpful on this regard. Beds can be a bit uncomfortable, but after walking all day long, I didn't even feel it.

They had plenty of space to park, which was free, the entrance was nice and welcoming with a reception/bar at the front, the restaurant had a nice range of food to eat and it was served until 9:30pm on the evening aswell which is great. it was nice and clean too. They gave us both a fan and a heater which was great as it was about 25 degrees so that fan was a life saver, the staff were lovely and polite, they gave us extra pillows and towels, way more than needed for one night I’ll be honest. The beds were nice and comfy and they had black out curtains and nets and windows that open all the way ! So you can get some fresh air from the comfort of your room. Well worth the money we paid for a stop on the way home, I would stay again 100%

There’s nothing to mention, the room was hot when we first went in which is expected on a 25 degree day. But the window open for 20 minutes plus the fan on soon sorted that :)

VERY COMFORATABLE AND FRIENDLY STAFF

I AM AFRAID THAT GETTING IN OFF THE M1 WAS A PROBLEM AS WHEN I FOLLOWED THE DIRECTIONS I WAS CONFRONTED WITH A BARRIER THAT DID NOT WORK OR OPEN ON APPROACH - I HAD TO TRAVEL OVER 30 MILES TO GET IN FROM LITTLE WINFORD LANE THIS WAS TOTALLY UNNECESSARY YOU NEED TO ARRANGE A WAY TO GET IN FROM THE M1 FOLLOWING SIGN - VERY DIFFICULT IF YOU WERE NOT LOCAL TO FIND ALTERNATIVE ROUTE

The hotel location is good for what I wanted, it is on the M1 motorway and easy to access. The room was a reasonable size and was clean and comfortable.

The light and the electrical socket next to the bed didn’t work. The PIN code I was given by Booking.com for the car park access barrier was incorrect. I arrived at 01.00 hrs which is why it was shut. I was lucky that another car was behind me and had the correct PIN, so I followed them past the barrier.

OK value for money. Nice size rooms. Very friendly staff. Ample parking.

Could have been a bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty but not clean to a high standard. The room was SO hot. It was an unusually warm mid February evening but the heating was on and the windows only opened a fraction. Also, the whole hotel hums. There are very large extractor fan units on the roof and it’s quite loud throughout the whole hotel. I moved to a ground floor room from a top floor one as it was too loud to deal with.
