Staff at Simaisma was amazing especially Mareil,Ardo and Santosh thank you for making it amazing trip, the whole staff were kind and friendly which made our stay even more pleasant. The accommodation was lovely but if you want to visit Qatar then trying to get about this is a little out of your way. I would like to add that if it could add more food options at night for vegetarians and maybe change around themes off the food to make it fun for kids too, otherwise the service provided was great.

Just more options for vegetarians

We stayed at the resort to celebrate our daughter’s 1st birthday at their restaurant (Awtar Restaurant). Everything went well. We had a great time. Special thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sir Aldin, who assisted us all throughout. He was very hands-on and made sure that everything was going well. Kudos also to the staff who are all very accommodating and made our party smooth while also taking care of our needs and requests. The food was also superb, thanks to Chef Reda. We really enjoyed it. Lastly, after the tiring party, we got to rest and sleep comfortably in our villa. It was so huge and worth it.

Excellent Resort very high-quality rooms and villas. The staff and reception were very professional. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. Overall, it's the best destination for families to enjoy the weekend.

Everything was perfect, I stayed with my family in the three-bedroom vila which was very spacious, clean and relaxing, no noise or anything that bothered us, we were able to barbeque and enjoy, later in the day we went to the pool and sea side were we sat and we had lots of fun time. overall it was an amazing weekend for us. The breakfast on the next day was really nice and it had many options. I would like to thank the person who checked us in and the lady who checked us out ( unfortunately I can't remember their names), and also the housekeeping guy Jamil was really helpful and welcoming special thanks to him also.

The villa was clean and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pools were very nice, clean and the temperature is controlled, this goes to the private pool too. The breakfast is very good and has good Variety. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only comment I have is the kitchenware is only available on request and you don't get a full set to do major cooking. Other than that this is a highly recommended place to visit with the family.

The resort is well designed and has great see view. The amount of green areas is very large and nice with many shades to set and enjoy your time with nice privacy. The pools area is very beautiful and kids have a lot more of fun swimming.

No laundry or dryer available in the unit. No prayer rugs.

The customer service was amazing. The villa was clean and spacious. The pool area was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here. Lovely weekend.

Nothing as it was brilliant but if I had to say something it would be-Beach towels were not already in the villa but a quick phone call to reception and they immediately arrived. Excellent service.

The ambiance was so relaxing / perfect weather at all times during our stay and the villas was so comfortable easy access to the play ground and beach / pool area.

as always the staff are so nice and the service was so fast, especially Santosh who managed to arrange my request to get a 4 villa.. also Priyanka and Anouf who’s giving us a quick service.

Professionalism, attentiveness, friendliness and focused nature of Staff is to be applauded. Ms Yuni is a star🌟, Duty Manager, Murshid, Security that was on duty on 27 May 2022, gentleman driving the cart and Restaurant Staff, wooow they are an asset to the Resort! The Resort is very clean please keep it up especially inside the Villas and furniture is kept clean!

The fact that there is only 1 beach swing and its everyone wants to use it. The Villas should atleast have small liquid for dishwashing in the event its needed.

The staff were friendly and the area was very quiet. The beach was wonderful. The breakfast was good as well.

The resort is little far from the attractions.
