didn't like when check in time to keep cash money in the reception additional And guest request staff didn't follow up i was requested water and toilet roll at 9:30 pm but never i receive my request until morning and again i called to reception in the morning; then they said water is chargeable no issue for me chargeable finally i received my request in the morning thanks i will come back next month again that's my experience because my back round is in this industry so i have knowledge about it.

Is nice hotel

The annoying and disgusting thing in a hotel is to tell a customer to wait so we can check the room. Is there something broken? I think that the Booking Company will pay you everything and hold the customer accountable later. This is not respectful, because in all cases it is just business and we do not need embarrassing things for people when they leave for the first time again. This is the thing, but Every country has a culture, but this is not compatible with tourism

Shaik from the front desk is a remarkable staff as well as some Filipino staff I came across with. Even the security guard who welcomed us and assisted us in the basement parking went the extra mile. Room, services and the location of the hotel are all good. We will be back to stay and enjoy this hotel soon.

the parking's ramps are too narrow and dangerous. You'll probably dent or scratch your vehicle without the assistance of the security personnel.

It’s very central, close to everything! And easy to get taxi, and only 15-20mins max to airport! My room was huge, and bed was big too, staff are nice and although in the city it was fairly quiet so you can have a good night sleep. :)

Little outdated,… and some areas could be cleaned better, but all in all had all amenities I needed for my stay.

Chef Gomery done delicious B'fast & Lunch for us. Excellent service. Location & cleanliness highly appreciated. 29th morning Security person noted we had no slippers to use inside and he provided. Great!

I booked triple room and bathroom was ready for 2 only. Coffee & Tea table was ready for 2 only. Had to sit 30m to checking as the receptionist was working very slowly. Guest were wasting their time on arrival. It's Not a professional service in a hotel

I like everything Like security guard , reception staff who's working after shift he's such a very nice gentleman. He speaks to me very much politely, friendly. Room also very nice.

Their's no any feedback But I would like to inform you about washroom window 🪟 Their's no any safety from outside when I open its fully open Some people come with their kids so maybe it will be more dangerous for them. Otherwise all is good.

King size bed was very comfortable. Relatively close to the souk.

Staff at reception wasn't very experienced. Hotel is requesting to place a safety deposit without having proper system of billing. I was kept to wait very long during checkout for housekeeping to check room condition, and then receptionist forget to call me.

The location was very nice, main tourist attractions were very close. Everything in the room including the AC were working pretty well.

The rug in the room was a bit outdated, and the drawers and some of the furniture needs to be updated.

Great staff service and breakfast buffet. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Well-located near the main museums, souks and other attractions. I would stay here again.

The WiFi signal in the room wasn't strong and cut out at times

I like this hotel so much for comfortable stay and friendly environment ..rooms are clean bathroom are nice staffs are good ..its good to visit this hotel frequently ..everytime when im out for stay i love to choose saraya palace hotel ..

Wifi is really weak ..😔 Please fix wifi problem sometimes even when we put the same password which is provided doesnt work doesnt connect ..if connected its not stable so please fix it other than that perfect hotel for family couples and singles.
