The room was as pictured - small, but there is separate space for each person, including cupboard space under the beds. There is also room for luggage adjacent to both double beds. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The air con and fan were very effective. Location was about 10 minutes from the metro and there were lots of buses from just outside the building. The building is located above a hawker food court - lots of cheap, yummy food options available for a quick meal.

The basin in the bathroom drained openly to the floor so the bathroom floor was always wet. The room also had an automatic deodoriser that sprayed at regular intervals which we didn't like. The mattress on the top double bed would benefit from being secured better as it moved off the edge of the bed in the night.

My Kids loved the shared space with games, baksetball. There is tea, coffe and water with no limits. Localication is great, good conection to Gardens by the Bay, the bus stop is just next to it, subway is not far away. Rooms was as is occured at photo, beds were comfortable. I liked also music that was present all day long but not to loud. Compaeing to other hostels in the same price I belive that this one is better than the other.

HUGE COCKROACHSES!!!! We named him King Charles, he was that big!!!!! Rooms wasnt cleaned, trash bag in toilet wasnt changed not even once (the room wasnt small good). I like the kitchen but there was no space to prepare something warm, also no space in he fridge. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The beds are finished with sharped edges so we had some contusions.

absolute best hostel i've stayed at in singapore. excellent cleanliness. large windows in the dorm room with amazing light. dorm rooms are very spacious. gorgeous patio, and the kitchen area looks like a cute Cafe !! Strong WiFi on all levels. lockers in the rooms, easy check in process. my bed was also comfortable! left my luggage in the reception area since i was only staying a couple nights. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

if i had to really dig to find something to complain about it would be that there wasn't enough space in the frigerator and 2 stairs to reach the reception & another staircase to reach my room. the sheets were stained but i know it was cleaned. stains don't bother me and all small issues however

Checking in process and welcoming staff. Location excellent. Bus stop right outside takes you to many attractions. 2 train stations just 7 mins away, starbucks 7 mins walk.

This is no reflection on staff or place, but guests talk loudly on phone without earphones or play films without earphones in communal space. Guests leave hair in sink and leave used toilet tissue laying on cubical floor. They don't think that another guest will use the toilet and no staff on duty at night. The room I was in there are no modesty screens. Perhaps this could be considered.

Location is amazing. The bus stop right in front of the hostel. Metro not too far. Good coffee downstairs. Good food in little India around the corner. Hostel is in good shape. I also liked the good and big lockers.

The hostel vibe is unpersonal. Nobody greets each other, also the staff seams to be there to do the necessary. Not unfriendly but you don't feel like asking for information there. Hostel guests don't clean up there traces. It would be quite clean, if people would for example take away there black hair from the basin after brushing.

I like the mattress as it was confortable. I also like to have a curtain so more privacy. The little space you have if perfect and big storage under the bed. Bathroom was clean and only for girls. I like to be in only girls dorm. Kitchen/reception room is ok. Nice to have a big mirror and a weight machine in the room.

The noise ! Was horrible, can hear the traffic all day and night ! The window was not closing properly ! Also the aircon is noisy. Didn't really feel safe working around the hostel at night, lot of pub and drunk people or empty dark streets. Wifi is bad, not good connection at all. The noise when you open your storage space. Had an issue with the lock of the door so for one night door was not lock but was fixed the next day. They is a sport area but really not much there.

The breakfast was good. 🙏 I like the room. I like that I make a new friends. The water was nice (water Di spenser provided by hostel).

The air con in the room too strong and directly brow to my head part. My head hurt. A little bit mold on the wall in front of the entrance door to B3 woman dormitory.

I made good friends during my stay here. The check in process is sweet, I liked their little envelope with all the details. The common area is nice, relaxing, and kitchen amenities are there.

I felt the rooms were too compact and congested. It was fine because most of the day I was out and only went back to sleep.

Arrive after 7pm so do not have much interaction with the staff. But clear self check in instruction was given. I was in the capsule Mixed Dorm which is very value to the price paid and highly recommended. There were 2 International adapter and light in the capsule itself which is very helpful as you do not need to take your own converter for electronic devices charging. no shoes in room policy makes the room clean. with the price I’ve paid I’m very happy with the condition of the stay. bus station is just 50meter away which is very handy. and close to the town centre with short ride of bus / MRT.

the only drawback is the shower leaking in Female bathroom (2 out of 3 were leaking) which potentially wet your hanging clothes. toilet cleanliness maybe need some attention. But overall it is acceptable and still very happy for the price paid for. will still recommended to people

Easy after-hours check-in with simple and accurate instructions - very well organised. The place felt clean and bright, and the air-conditioning was cool. The rules/expectations were clear. Nice size locker with each bed. Comfy pillow and blanket. Places to explore around the area and not far from 3 train stations with a variety of lines for easy transport around the city! I was grateful to be able to leave a bag after checking out to collect later.

Not suitable for disabled or elderly as there are many stairs up to reception and rooms. I noticed a few things around, mostly in the bathroom, that could do with some attention - small replacements/repairs required. It's not a casual walk into the 'city centre', although there are some places to explore nearby and are several train stations close by.
