We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel is worth the price. It is 15 minutes by car to the city center. The MRT is 1.5 km away. It costs 15 SD to go to Chinatown by taxi from the hotel. There are small brothels across from the hotel. But this does not mean that you will be disturbed. Everyone is in their own way and you will not be disturbed by this situation. The cleanliness of the hotel is also good. When we checked if any of our belongings fell under the bed, we saw a lot of dust under the bed. Apart from that, it is a hotel that you can stay in if you are not obsessed with being meticulous. Our baby stayed with us and it was suitable for his comfort and safety. Thank you yuga and team !

I recently stayed at Hotel 81 Premier Star t was a pleasant experience. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the station MRT and surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless, with good water pressure. The staff name Seven Lim were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would recommend Hotel 81 Premier Star to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely return!

Your staff is your asset. Mr Hakim was very approachable anytime directly or from communication through online. He will go and extra mile by ensuring that all your Booking and requesting is in Order before your Check-in . He was respected by all his colleagues on his soft spoken approached and demonstrated positive attitude towards the customers at all time . His communication with the customers was very effective eg . Concise , active listening and except the feedback positively . I hope the Employer will keep him for a long time . Ms Yu Xuan ( Housekeeping ) was very helpful, Polite and demonstrated Positive attitude towards all customers. She was always smiling when approached by customers for room assistance . She managed to restart my TV connection till it work normal after I complaint to her . She show good exemplary for others to follow. Her good attitude towards the Company should be recognise by the employer.

Pleasant stay. nice room, look new, neat and tidy. Nice interior and exterior.

Need to walk almost 10-15min, 650m from Aljunied MRT Station. Toilet a bit small, sink at the outside of the toilet. Worth money, but i hope the price is more cheaper than right now because of the location and the size of the room. But to be carefull for solo travel or ladies, the hotel is facing redlight area. Opposite of the hotel.

Overall Satisfaction: I was overall satisfied with my stay at your hotel. The services provided were commendable. Receptionist: The receptionists were extremely supportive and helpful throughout my stay. Their assistance greatly enhanced my experience. Location: While the hotel's location was a bit far from the main attractions, it was still acceptable considering the budget. Additionally, the proximity to the bus station made transportation convenient. Room Size and Cleanliness: Although the room size was smaller than expected, I appreciated the cleanliness and spotless condition of the rooms. The attention to cleanliness did not go unnoticed.

The room size was indeed quite small. However, I understand that this may be one of the strategies employed to maintain competitive room rates compared to other hotels. Despite the size, I must commend the hotel for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the rooms.

Close to many street food places and only 2 mins walk to buses.

I booked three twin rooms. But they provided two twin rooms and something smaller probably because one of the planned 6 members in our group couldn’t join the trip. Thats bad!!! Also no mention about the special request i had for a wheelchair for my mom. Said they have to check when I asked about it but didn’t get back to me.

I liked the room, clean and properly made. The staff were polite and nice. Also, room was made for us when requested so that was good too. Location wise close to the bus stop so its easy to go to the City centre using Bus

Room was a little small and tight, but it was only for 2 nights so we didnt mind that much. And again its Singapore so its probably not possible to find something big without coughing up a lot of money anyway. I did see that Booking.com was charging less price for the same days when I checked closure to the date but because this hotel had a cancellation charge I didn't bother to cancel and change it, but I would say Booking.com should automatically adjust the price for someone booked at earlier time

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel 81 Premier Star. The rooms were clean and spotless with crisp bed sheets. Thanks to house keeping staff " LIM YOOK ENG" She is professional, friendly and engaging service. The front office staff specially HAKIM, YUGA, Asst Manager TINESH were attentive and went out of their way to ensure the guests are comfortable. And the hotel have plenty food restaurant options near by. MRT just 8 min walk. Bus stop 2min walk. I would have liked the place and will definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was new, very pristine, the bed was very comfortable, the shower new and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had previously stayed at another hotel not many lorongs distant and it was shocking... so the contrast was cosmic! and I was so happy with my choice.

There is really nothing to dislike as the tariff is so resaonable. A trio of Indian guests had a fight twice in the corridor but one gets rif raf everywhere now a days

Nice and clean, comfy bed, in-room safe, fridge, kettle, free bottle of water & clean towels every day, mostly quiet. Friendly staff.

Small room, some noise from hallway during the night. Locaced in red light district. Just one instant coffee packet & one instant tea packet provided - for two people. One multi-purpose liquid soap/shampoo dispenser in shower stall.
