Everything from check in to very comfortable rooms with an electrical kettle and some instant coffee and tee provided in the room. We had a very large balcony with chairs coffee table and a small hammock We had a family reunion dinner and the restaurant was above and beyond service helping us to have a great time, excellence food and wonderful memories that will last forever! Thank you all that helped us to have such a great time.

All was very nice

Very clean, good location, comfortable bed, great staff, plenty of parking space. Everything great apart from the noisy air conditioning system that was not cold enough. Good breakfast included. Overall, very good with little to improve

Not step-free rooms. As you go in the lift, exit on upper floor, then suddenly a set of stairs. Not a major issue unless you have a pram or something similar. Also very noisy air conditioning that doesn’t keep the room below 25 degrees. Again, not a major issue if you stay at any other time than summer. last minus for this would be the lack of a restaurant/bar. I was told it was temporary closed for a period.

The room is still comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff in the restaurant was very kind and friendly, the same appreciation for the receptionist on the day of departure.

A small disappointment related to breakfast: lack of fresh vegetables (tomatoes or cucumbers - there is the option of pickles and a baked dish with cherry tomatoes) and a limited number of fruits; plastic cups for coffee, an unpleasant appearance for a hotel of this type. The receptionist on the evening of the accommodation arrived late at the reception, inattentive and preoccupied with other activities (he forgot to give me the card, hurrying to leave, without giving me details about the location of the room)

If you need a quite place just outside of the city (still within reasonable reach) this is your best choice. Pet friendly with an own cat (and dog outside), excellent care and style. Clean rooms, even the standard one is more than enough for a comfy stay.

No such thing really.

We had several disasters traveling through Transylvania and once we arrived in Baia Mare the staff at this hotel rescued us from one pickle after another. I booked this room based on booking.com ratings and the positive list of services available. Special thanks to Raul for coming to the rescue. Traveling during covid-19 is hard and he made it so much easier.

Modern hotel, with new facilities inside the room, confortable bed, nice bathroom. Free parking places. Good breakfast.

Location (far away from city center).

The room was clean and spacious! The breakfast was great! The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful! The hotel is pet friendly, they even have treats for the pets at the reception! We ordered pasta from the restaurant and it was really good too! Free big parking!

A little bit far from city center! Bad wifi! And no hot enough water at night!

It's a quiet location, with very professional staff having modern facilities. Is placed on the road to airport. We got a very nice room, clean and we had a relaxing week-end. Internet had a good quality and the breakfast satisfied all tastes.
