The most important for me/us, when we use a Hotel is, that its clean and the beds are good! I have travelled the World -next year, for 50 years, as a curious person and as a professional traveller, guidebook-writer and photographer, tourleader. I have to tell you, this Hotel, Ozana, is the best value for money, I have ever had. Everything was perfect, the roomsize, the painting, for storage, bathroom, fresh carpet, elevator. Breakfast was okay. But the best was the bed. The best beds, we have slept in in Years. Firm, clean fresh. Big and small pillows, So wonderful!! I dont understand why some hotels have very bad outworn beds. Ozana will be in my mind forever! Off course all hotels should be like this!

The balcony was shared with another room and while the neighbours were outside it was pretty noisy There was a stain on one of the sheets on the bed. Maybe coffee, still shouldn't be there. Parking was horrendous, the parking spaces are insufficient, the staff do help you out in finding a place to park tho, they were very polite.

The staff is very welcoming and they were helpful with everything. The location is good but only if you have a car. It's not in the city center but close to some shopping centers. I slept really well, the room was dark and I could hear no noise from the street. Breakfast was really good.

The things are a bit old and rusty, I think it would need a good renovation. Specially in the bathroom. WiFi is horrible, it hardly works at all.

The staff. The room was big. The breakfast was very good. Hotel in central position. Has a restaurant. Has a gas station. Very close to: LIDL, KAUFLAND, DEICHMANN Close to ALTEX, DECATHLON, CARREFOUR MARKET.

Air conditioning was not that great. There was no free water/bar in the room. Limited number of parking spaces. Windows did not protect very well from traffic noise. For some reason there were a lot of allergens in the air (end of August). Just for info: BRD ATM was at 15 minutes of walking.

Amazing standard for this price. Great luxury rooms. Good airconditioning. Great beds.

Party time in this hotel means restaurant closed and much noise. I don t like it when a hotel wants to make money in this way. In a hotel you are looking for some rest. Staff a bit laid back in te breakfast restaurant.

One of the few hotels that offers you a big mattress and a real bed. Not two small ones joined together.

There is a bad smell in the hotel lobby

Ok breakfast, nothing fancy but enough to get you satisfied. Room was clean and big. Bathroom was clean and big. Easy to check in and check out.

In contrast with the horrifying exterior, the interior design is really nice, warm and welcoming. The wall art in the restaurant was well chosen and pleasing to the eye. The personnel was outstanding, especially the restaurant staff. I honestly could not have asked for better service. Dinner was really good and I loved it - congratulations to the chef! Breakfast surprised me with an extensive variety of food to choose from and good coffee.

The outside of the hotel is so ugly and uninviting I almost did not book a stay there. I also did not like the lack of attention to detail. For example the bed sheets were clean... except for a stain. The tapistry of the head-board could have been cleaner. There was shower gel in the bathroom but no shampoo (I had brought my own, so it's not like I wanted some and had none, but just saying). Etc...

Very friendly staff, room was clean an cosy. Ac working well in the room, given the current heatwave. Breakfast was decent.

Not enough parking, had to park around the corner, before the petrol station. Restaurant was also closed on the day of my arrival.

Everything was great. Nice staff, good breakfast, very clean.
