I recently stayed at the hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was just like it looked in the pictures, and the location was quite convenient. It was easy to get to the city center, restaurants, and nightclubs; a Bolt or Uber ride cost only 3-4 euros if I didn't feel like walking. There was also a shop conveniently located about 50 meters from the hotel where I could buy bottled water and other essentials. However, there were a couple of issues that detracted from my stay. Firstly, I sometimes felt that the staff avoided interacting with the hotel guests; they didn't greet us, for example. Additionally, the in-room landline phone didn't work, so I couldn't order room service and had to go to the front desk instead.

Overall, the hotel was as expected, but improvements could be made in customer service and fixing amenities such as the in-room phone

The pillows!!! AWFUL!! Either rock hard or lumpy. I did complain and asked if there were any others but was told they are all the same! Also, we didn't realise you need to leave a notification on your door if you want your room cleaning or they just don't come in. Perhaps it would have been an idea to advise on check in - although to be fair, it was 4am. That apart, there should be a standard check in procedure to advise of this, as well as telling you breakfast times etc

The hotel is beautiful. The room was spacious and modern, just like the photo. I would not say the hotel is directly in the city center, but for those who are not afraid to walk, it is doable. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely too.

If you are a light sleeper, you might want to ask for a room that is not facing the main road. The sound of cars and other vehicles gushing by, may disturb the peace and quiet.

**Please notice this review is about a room with a balcony** I loved almost everything. Staff - I am a recurring guest and I love this place and its crew. They are always willing to help and they take their service very seriously, at least at the 3 times I was there. The AC was leaking in our room and the receptionist changed our room in a second without checkingus, and its worth to mention it was a room with balcony which they only have 4 or 5 (notice that if it's important to you). When we got back 3 days later to another night, the AC was already fixed. Facilities - The room is highly maintained, very clean, good TV, a lot of space. The bathroom is big and equipped with everything you need - soaps and shampoos, clean towels, a hair drier and even a hair comb. Location - do notice the hotel is located on a main road and it may be a little noisy in the morning. Other than that it's a good location - relatively quite but still 15-20 minutes walk from most attractions in Bucharest. Adjacent to the hotel there is a supermarket, very convenient. All and all, we had a great experience, and I would probably go back there if I'm in Bucharest again.

Parking is very expensive. 80 Lei to 24 hours. I think the parking should be included at the cost of the rooms for guests, like most hotels in the world, especially when it's mostly empty.

Clean, good location. The lobby was nice. Breakfast was delicious.

Extremely hot temperature even after you switched off all the heaters. You couldnt sleep during night. There were no light linnen to cover, but only heavy superhot ones. There were no power socket by the beds. Couldnt charge my phone. No entertainment facilities (only gym available).

A select hotel, which respects itself and its guests and fully deserves its 4 stars: beautiful room, everything clean, a big bad for parents and a 7 year child (1,80/ 2m), confortable, the classic furniture… everything was great with the room and also the view of the Bucharest. The breakfast included was just extremely delicious and various, an unexpected pleasent surprise for us. The staff was fine too. We will be back!

The parking… Maybe the hotel could find a way for its clients to have free parking.

Location is excellent, good dound proof, facilities very good. Excellent breakfast included. In the past it was the most frequented place and I am happy to see there are lot of good things mainted.

Parking become an option for higher price which was very unpleasant as long time not visited this hotel . Shower cabin walls with black mould. Toilet seat unstable. The rest was ok.

I've been here a considerate amount of time already but I held myself from writing a review up until now. The hotel is modern, and clean, and gives off a very cozy yet sophisticated vibe. The entire structure is new and bright and the decorative vegetation and the glass ceilings are a pleasure to look at during your stay. The rooms are pretty big and well furnished with all the necessary appliances (TV, hair dryer, kettle, air conditioning..) and with the aid of a small piece of paper that you can easily hang on the door, you can let the staff know whether your room needs cleaning, towel change, etc with no extra fee. The staff is very welcoming and available for any of your needs, both at the reception or through the phone at any hour: I've had a couple of issues with the magnetic card and everything was solved in a matter of minutes! I haven't personally tried the breakfast or the restaurant but from what I've seen from the distance (probably a wedding reception/conference) it looked great and appetizing.

it was not clean, the bathroom floor was full of dark long strains of hair, also a strain of hair was greeting me on the pillow case. I was wondering the whole time if the bed sheets were changed. The faucet in the bathroom is broken (room 309) and the shower drainage system was clogged, also there was spots of mold in between the tiles and on the shower metal hose. And one more thing: though the reservation was made and paid for 2 adults, we got only one pair of slippers and one bathrobe.

Great everything! Alin in the reception was very helpful about everything I asked him, answered nicely and gave some great tips. The room was clean, all the utilities were working just fine, the hotel crew was very service oriented. It's located near the center, about 10-15 minutes walk. Notice that the hotel is located adjacent to a busy street so if you're planning on sleeping past 8/9 am or you're a light sleeper like me - bring ear plugs, either way it's not *so* noisy. I didn't eat breakfast there so no response about it. All and all great hotel.
