Friendly staff. Clean comfortable room with shared balcony. Good location. Good pub just up the road.

Other than the coffee breakfast not worth having.

the staff members encountered were all nice and lovely to speak to, they put the customers at the heart of everything they do which is refreshing from hospitality places nowadays. nothing was too much trouble, extremely welcoming and attentive, I've encountered a couple of issues and they went out of their way to help resolve it and follow up on it - this is something you don't get in bigger places usually. location is great, rooms are huuuuge, everything was comfortable and well maintained. breakfast was a great continental options, with many choices for the options provided. they stay in line with the trends and provide for their busy clients that are on the go, everything was extremely fresh and great coffee too! (local restaurants available if you're one of those people who eat a lot for breakfast) I would definitely return!

it's not that I didn't like, but I could see as areas of improvement in my opinion, based on my needs. balcony furniture and a bit of love and care for the balconies. towels support in the bathrooms and an extra bin in the room. a bigger sign outside to know you have arrived.

It was great that it offers 24/7 reception because we came around 4:00.

In the morning someone wanted to get in our room, I believe it was the cleaning staff, just so they could do something in the bathroom. I have no idea what happened because we’ve only had slept for 3-4 hours. It was really unnecessary. The other thing that bothered me was that around 11:30 the cleaning staff were eager to make us leave. I know it’s close to the checking out hour but it specifically says 12:00. Finally, I believe it’s a bit much expensive for the facilities it offers.

A good place for a short stay in Bucharest, especially if you want to be close to the city center, Dorobanti and Piata Romana. The room was clean, had air conditioning, and it was away from the noise of the main streets. We were also able to park the car there between certain hours.

The staff were so tired and overworked, at times even paranoid. We had some strange interactions in the beginning. I don't know why they keep a 24h reception if the staff is so exhausted.

Especially the service. The 2 ladies at the reception have been very forthcoming and friendly. The property has only 2 parking spaces and but they managed to hold a parking space for me. They called me on my arrival date and explained about the parking and promised that I will get a parking spaces. I appreciated this a lot. The service provided by the 2 ladies at the reception was a five star service. If I will have to go to Bucharest again I would definitely stay there.

There was nothing not to like.

We liked the location as it was nice to walk to the city centre and see more of the city. Food, shops and drink were all just on the door step so all good. Our room and bathroom were spacious which was great and the balcony was a bonus making it a great room to stay in. The breakfast is a wrapped sandwich our baguette of your choice with the, coffee and an apple; we were aware of this before booking and it was all fine and plenty enough to start your day.

Affordable prices. room was clean and spacious, in a quiet area, very close to Stefan Cel Mare Metro Station (5 minutes walking)l and supermarkets. Also, there are many types of restaurants in the range of 500m, around the hotel.

Everything was fine as expected, except for the Free Wifi which has low bandwidth, and not good room coverage (unstable connection). Maybe only our room had this issue.

Good location; walking distance to a few local cafes & restaurants. Friendly staff, clean room, clean bathroom and good quality bed / mattress.

The pillows - extremely old and worn out. Breakfast could be improved - its a boxed cold sandwich.

While 2/3 staff members we spoke with had good English, we did encounter a language barrier with one About a 30 minutes walk from the centre (Old Town) - but felt safe

It is near city centre. Staff was friendly, the place was clean and rooms were very big with large bathrooms.

The breakfast didn't have many options, only a small selection of sandwiches.
