Spacious and comfortable room, quiet and relaxing. The staff at the reception was friendly and they even lend us an umbrella to use during our stay, as the weather was pretty horrible. Overall a decent stay for a couple of nights!

The room does miss a wardrobe / some shelves to put your clothes on, but for a short stay this is not that critical. Could get though more annoying if you stay longer. The shower could use as well a larger glass panel, it is very easy make a mess and wet everything around in the bathroom. The access road should be patched a bit. Especially in the night, and with rain, there are some potholes you need to be careful with, even as a pedestrian.

The size of the room is huge and spacious. The bed and pillows are sooo comfortable! Hot and cold shower, air condition and heaters are all working very well! Also liked the big android tv since I can cast from my phone.

There was no kettle, no hotel slippers and no bottled water. I also had to borrow for the iron and ironing board and bring them manually in the room. There was also the very slow and old elevator. I was lucky I had a room in the 1st floor so using the stairs when I had to, was manageable for me. Except only during the checkout, I had to wait long for the elevator due to my luggages.

The hotel lobby is very cozy and smells great alongside the very nice staff it makes for a perfect mix. The room looks very modern, has one of the best beds I ever slept in and you have everything you need. If you need extra things, the stuff will help you. You also have a few free parking spots in front of the hotel if you are able to arrive early, otherwise you have to go to the paid ones, but at least these are under a roof.

Ordered a pizza from the hotel restaurant that was pretty expensive and found out when i took the first bite that it is cheap frozen pizza :). They should at least mark it as frozen in the menu.

We will always choose ibis if there is a chance. This specific hotel was super clean, late check in was very convenient, it is located outside the center of the town but right outside there is a bus station and bolt is super cheap also. The receptionist offered to transfer us in a room with a nice city view and warned us for the noise from the room being close to the elevator,which i think was very polite and thoughtful of him . We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great hotel, the room was big and clean - seams that this hotel is not quite old, I hope, will remain in this condition in the next years.

Staff were not so friendly, very poor breakfast.

- the hotel is so nice and modern - rooms are really nice and large - the bed was comfortable (maybe just the pillow could be a bit more comfortable) - cleaning was really good - breakfast is ok, however not too many choices - the metro is 5 minutes walk - you also have restaurants and grocery stores nearby

- the breakfast restaurant, is really crowded; quite small, for the number of rooms the hotel has - the elevators are also too small, for such a high number of visitors; especially because they are used also by the cleaning staff

The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The hotel was also in a key location for where I needed to be. It was also very quiet.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room with coffee and tea. Thankfully I brought my own travel kettle because I could see online there wasn't one but I know my friends weren't happy to have to go downstairs or outside to the coffee shop in the mornings. Also, I know this is something small but the air conditioning device on the wall is so bright that it lights up the room at night which makes it hard for someone who is light sensitive to sleep.

We had a great stay at Ibis Bucharest Politechnika. I travelled to Bucharest with my spouse and before our stay I asked for a room with a good view as we were going to celebrate the anniversary of our wedding. When arriving in the hotel we were not only given the room with a perfect view but also received a complimentary bottle of wine and the room was decorated with flowers. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and would like to congratulate the staff with the perfect work.

The location, this was the main reason i selected this hotel, proximity to a place i had to go to.

While i can understand the noise that you could hear in the middle of the night, coming from hallway or other rooms, due to poor sound proof insulation of the rooms, which is quite common in 3* hotels, i cant understand the spider nets in all corners of the room, nor the clogged shower drainage. In addition to this, the shower glass is just for one quarter or the shower cabin, so no matter how you shower, you still flood the hole bathroom and then you have to clean for half an hour. The carpets were extremely dirty, i walked bare feet, big mistake. They should either be cleaned or removed or just provide slippers. One of the three.

The location was excellent, there is a supermarket just around the corner and two coffee shops. We had both breakfast and lunch at the hotel and we were very impressed. The continental breakfast was only 10 euros and had a wide variety of options with fresh produce. Lunch was really good too, there were plenty dishes to choose from. It was really busy when we stayed but staff were always friendly and happy to help.

The lack of closet/wardrobe/more clothing racks. I guess the hotel design is supposed to be modern minimalist but if you’re a couple travelling for a week like us you’ll need more space to hang your clothes.
