The location is good, close to nice quarter of Bucharest with fancy bars and restaurants. Close with Uber to city center. Comfortable free of charge underground parking for central hotel. Spacious quiet rooms with balconies looking over a garden with pool. Bathroom is also very big and comfortable.

The lobby is a bit worn out - carpets, sofas and has no life in it. Dark and no bar or atmosphere. Tables in front of the entrance were dirty with full ashtrays. The bed in the room is creaking. The hotel was built as 5* but mainatanance doesn't look like 5*.

True value for money! They had a weekend offer running because of which I got an incredible deal. Old town is 20 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I was absolutely fine to walk that much. It’s better in a way that you stay away from the noisy streets of old during the night. Nearest bus stop/metro station Piata Romana is around 8-10 minutes walk and has frequent buses to and from the airport. You also have currency exchange right in front of Piata Romana bus stop open 24x7. Hotel allows for checkin 24x7. Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very highly recommended!

Good value for money, good breakfast, nice and quiet room, helpful staff, comfy mattresses, good facilities in the room, location is ok. Overall, we enjoyed the stay.

The checkout time was changed the day we arrived without advance notice which impacted our schedule. We booked a twin room but on arrival received a double-bed room. The room was helpfully and quickly changed to twin following our request to reception. We had to wait until evening to get access to the parking because of an event at the hotel. That was not a surprise, though, as the hotel informed about this in advance. There was a strange smell in the corridor (but not in the rooms) The glass walls of the bathroom were not soundproof at all, but we were ready to that. It may be uncomfortable for people who need more privacy while in the bathroom.

Good location. Free parking. Good and varied breakfast. Good amenities in the room.

We asked for a room on an upper floor and although the hotel was almost empty, the man in the reception said he did not have other rooms. The remote control was barely working.

The room was very spacious, with a well equipped bathroom. Good wifi and great working desk, large window - used the room as a mini-office for some time and it was quite comfortable. Breakfast was good, and rather healthy with multiple dish options for vegeterians which was nice.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The central heating also did not seem to work, so had to use air-conditioner instead of heating, which made the air extremely dry. This is bearable for 1-2 days, but I would not choose this property for longer stays in winter unless heating is fixed. Breafast - cups supplied to use with the coffey machine were too small so cappuchino spilled outside the cup. Bigger cups please:)

location was great beacause we had conference at the university nearby. Decent breakfast with lots of options. Nice spacious room. They have Ritual's shampoes and gels. There is a decent pub, cafe and shop just next to the hotel and lots of more in surrundings. Guys provided me with dental kit, iron, umbrella and were overall nice

Staff and building was lovely as was the furniture. just a couple of things as below then would get a 9 out of 10

blBreakfast could be vastly improved, not very well explained room was clean however the Bathroom had a smell as the floor is no bleached and smells a little unfortunately

Great room size and comfortable bed. The breakfast is also good. The free underground parking is a big plus but there are limited parking spots, I was lucky to get one.

The restaurant part is very bad. I had to wait for the menus, the waiter was unfriendly and also I think he has a problem with hearing as I ordered something and got something else. The food is acceptable but nothing special for a 5 star hotel.

Room was clean infant the whole hotel was pretty spotless, beds very comfortable and reception staff were really friendly and helpful.location was good around 30 minutes walk to old town centre so could have been better.

Facilities lacking slightly some of the other 5 star hotels in the city have pools, spas etc to give them the edge. Breakfast could of been slightly better.
