Location at walking distance from restaurants area/park, generous car parking area, breakfast variety.

Rooms not soundproof (a lot of noise coming from the corridor and neighbouring rooms). Low quality coffee. Filthy TV remote control. Heating can not be turned off or lowered from the room, only from the reception (totaly weird), thus when opening the window for fresh air, the heating automatically increased the fan speed and the temperature, as the room sensor detected colder air…

The place is one of those old-dames hotels in a town: big, well cared, with certain age, with good facilities, all works. Even if it was mostly empty, it still kept a good show. Built during the dictatorship, it is massive but it has managed to keep it modern, in a way. The room was ample and clean. The breakfast buffet was ample too, even if the hotel was empty. Big parking space on-site. Well located close to a park and to some restaurants.

The A/C works by itself, apparently. The costumer basically cannot control it, assuming that the costumer wants to be warm while it may be the other way around. I had to open the window in order to have fresh air.

We booked online and didn’t know breakfast was not included. First morning we were asked our room number before we entered for breakfast. The staff gave me a confusing look so we proceeded to breakfast. 2nd morning the same except this time he said breakfast is not included in our reservation. Without knowing we got charged the first day which is fine. We skipped the 2nd day breakfast. I guess the issue was more so that he could’ve communicated the very first morning our breakfast was not included. FYI, reservations made online (and or with booking.com) may not have breakfast included. Ask about WiFi password or any other questions, unfortunately we weren’t told much, had to ask.

It is a decent hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer, at a 4-star hotel you should receive complementary bottles of water in the room to meet the standards, but here you don't. Overall, it's fine for 1-2 nights because it's located in the center and has a good position. I have noticed that from last year they provide a more quality shower gel and shampoo in the room than last year. Breakfast is rich and good, omlete is not well done, not everyone enjoys it that way (I know that's the MasterChef way to do it) but it's simply not for my taste, but overall, they have a good variety of food. What I like about this hotel is that they provide you free parking which is great.

The free coffee that is included in the breakfast is horrible (not on my taste) I enjoy quality coffee, and if so, do you then I recommend buying one from the Bar located in the lobby of the hotel, it's not expensive and it's very tastefully. There was a weird smell in the bathroom when we entered it and we noticed that is from the drain. We had to put a bag on it to cover it, otherwise the smell is getting all over the room.

Spacious room with carpeted floor, large bed with comfortable mattresses, clean bathroom with quality materials. Cleaning staff, very friendly and discreet presence. Breakfast was quite rich, although for 5 days it didn't vary in the products available. Plenty of parking spaces at no extra cost.

I was expecting there to be a boiling mug for tea or a coffee machine. The bread was stale 4 days out of 5, and the coffee wasn't great.

It was very clean, with comfortable beds, closed to a nice park. Aircon was working and also the window could be opened. Free parking was also included. The breakfast was ok, but we went at the end of the given time and they ran out of many things and they did not made up again…

The people working there were not very friedly and you should not go to take breakfast at the end of the given time, as they run out of many things and they do not make up everything…

A nice hotel close to a wonderful park and within walking distance to the old city. The hotel has free parking for guests. The hotel is pleasant, the reception staff are attentive. The rooms are large with beautiful large windows with a view of the mountains. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable. Quality towels. Room service and cleaning every day.

We asked for a kettle and the staff brought it to us after 4 requests, the kettle finally arrived without a coffee and tea set. We asked in advance to order a taxi to the airport for a certain time, we were told that they do not order in advance.

The hotel is located just aside of the central park. You only need to walk through the park to get to the downtown. Though, walk to the other direction takes you to the open-air ethnography museum in half an hour. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, only the trams on the other side of the canal make some noise. Breakfast is good. The premises area clean and fresh.

It would have been handy if the coffee machines had some intructions in English. I noticed, I was not the only one who needed some trial and error learning loop. The hotel could also simplify access for car pickup and drop off. Not every taxi should take parking ticket for 5 min stay.

The staff are really nice and helpful. They lent us umbrellas, they helped us print, get a taxi and gave us information about the city, everything you need! The views are amazing, it's what you pay for! There's also a big space on the ground floor to relax and wait even after check out.

The water does not get that hot in the shower. Some of the furniture and features are a little bit outdated, and in some cases even malfunctioning. For example, the door to our bathroom was broken. No kettle or hot drinks in the room.

i traveled for work and i'm generally not a "hard to please" person so when i saw the room clean, the bathroom clean and the room being WARM, i was over the moon! loved it. Breakfast was a joy too, delicious scrambled eggs and tasty sausages had me full for the entire day!

my only objection would be the noise that the housekeeping staff was making so early in the morning. I did get up early, but i wouldn't have minded if the noise level was a little lower.
