We had a very nice experience here at the beginning of September 2023. Breakfast was exceptional, delicious, and fresh. The staff was very nice and ready to help anytime. The apartments are very nicely decorated and very large. the view from the fourth floor was great (we could enjoy both the sunrise over the sea and the sunset over the lake). We asked for a late check-out and we were not charged for this. We will definitely come back here next summer! And we will certainly recommend it, even if it is a little bit expensive.

Rooms were really big and spacious. Super clean. Staff really helpful and helped me with an issue i had with my flight boarding pass, which they never had to do but did with no issues and a smile. Perfect. Great location, just enough to be out of the way from loud music from the beaches etc. I went for sunwaves festival and was literally £2.20 in a uber away or a 30 min walk from crazy beach. I will definitely be booking in for next year.

No shower curtain so floor got wet, but no problem really.

the rooms were big and comfy but they should be better cleaned, it was a lot of dust in the room and the towels should be changed..they have stains and i couldn't use them...i guess they are old. They have big balconies but i didn't like the sofa in the living room, it looked very used and it should have been cleaned more thoroughly or changed. They should have called a mattress cleaning company to wash it. The staff was friendly and helpful.

i didn't like the fact that the room should have been better clean out and it was very noisy because the windows were at the main road and you could here allday and allnight the cars. The apartment itself needs a little bit of renovation, but this is only my opinion.

The beautiful Roxanne at the reception always tried to help in anyway she could. The bedroom was beautiful! Super location.

The apartment had everything you need but the sitting room was not cosy, not inviting, it had a coldness about it. One standing lamp could change the whole atmosphere. And better chairs.

All Staff was very nice and helpful! The location in very clean ,comfortable and providing services almost like an hotel. Basic Cleaning in room was provided every day! We enjoyed all the time spent here. We really felt like in a Hotel. Book with confidence!

Nothing - Everything was excellent !

We stayed with 2 children in a 2 bedroom apartment. We loved the fact that we had enough space to move and kids to play. The staff was exceptionally friendly and catered to all our needs. right across the hotel there is a big grocery store that also sells warm ready made food so you do not have to think about meals when you come back from the beach. you have the possibility to have breakfast at the hotel too. all in all we had a good time there.

We have nothing to complain about the property.

Location, rooms, terrace

We stayed at this hotel many times in the same period and it was wonderful, but this time they didn't serve breakfast anymore (even if the hotel was full, most of the rooms being booked with a couple of months in advance)

The apartment situated at 5th floor was in perfect condition, very well maintained and excellent located with view on both the sea and the lake.

The door on the bedroom balcony (which is used to be protected from moskitos) was broken. We missed a dryer support on the balcony for wet clothes. There were kitchen bugs on the terrace that could have enter in the apartement easily if the terrace’s door was kept opened. Wifi signal was poor and I was not able to use it while I was working

The Apartment with 2 bedrooms was big and comfortable, well equipped, daily cleaning service. The staff was nice, we asked vegetarian breakfast and they offered us hummus, avocado, fresh fruits.

permanent noise from avenue Mamaia :( we can’t open the living room windows or to stay on balcony because of the noise.

The rooms are very big and you have all you need in a booked room for a summer retreat at the seaside. The balcony is more of a terrace being very big. The beds are big and comfortable. In offseason it was a bargain.

It could have been cleaner.
