Everything, the friendly staff, the food, the room, the surroundings... It was my second time here and I will be coming back again this year. I really feel in paradise here. We were arriving late and they were so nice to contact us to ask if we were still going to eat there. After the Transylvania race, I got the best massage ever, the sauna was also top!

The room has a few sockets, but not a big deal, you are in an amazing castle in Bran :-) You dont really need your phone or your laptop :-) There is to much to enjoy to be worried about charging things :-)

The hotel is furnished with classic furniture, with a tasteful interior design. The rooms are big and clean, the bathrooms are equipped with everything you need, so you feel like you're in your own home or better than that :-) The balconies are large and with beautifully benches. The view from the balcony is gorgeous: you can admire both the hotel's beautifully landscaped garden and the panorama of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is very well organized.

The location is absolutely amazing, the room was big and very clean (Everyday cleaning). The hotel has it's own restaurant which is very nice if you don't want to leave the area.

Inside the room you can hear noise from other rooms and also the noise of people climbing the stairs. The wifi in room 20 does not work at all. The signal reach only the bathroom. One morning was not enough food when we arrived at the breakfast area. We arrived at 9:40 and the end of breakfast was at 10:30. But this happened only ones during our stay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful will go above and beyond for you. Room service was great , we had beautiful room with balcony, cleaned up every day along with the towels changed every day. Breakfast very tasty 😋 with regional food as well. We loved it 😍

We didn't like that we had to go back home, we would love to stay much more longer. So see you again.

The hotel style and the room: it was big, simple, but nicely decorated and cosy. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner in addition to the complementary breakfast. Treat yourself with the papanasi dessert! Great view from the balcony!

Not a huge issue but in order to get hot water in the shower we had to turn on the hot tub in the sink. Also, the water pressure was not ideal.

+ beautiful location + beautiful building of the hotel and very nice garden with beautiful trees and plants + cute place for kids to play + many places to stay, even swings in the garden + lovely, spacious room elegantly decorated, nice bathroom (we stayed in room 20) + beautiful view from the nice balcony ( I didn't expect to have balcony) + good breakfast (paid separately, 66 lei for 2 people), varied options, included even vegetarian zacuska + free parking

- the bed had no back foam, it was made out of iron, that was a little uncomfortable, it was a nice bed but you kept touching with the head the iron parts at the back. (maybe larger pillows or a few more pillows could fix this problem)

It looked really nice and the room was spacious, we also had a balcony with a great view.

The door to the hallway had just a little bit of space underneath and we could hear a bit too much noise from the hallway, but other than that it was super nice.

Very helpful staff. Very clean room and facilities. Hotel built in 2009, renovated in 2022 - shows good taste and quality. Excellent breakfast. Nice location, enabling day trips in a spectacular area.

The rooms were perfectly clean, nice furniture, and the girl at the reception was really polite and helpful. She even changed our appointed room at our arrival because the one that was initially reserved for us was next to the staircase and she said it tends to be was quite noisy, so she offered to us a quieter one.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel in the last three years. Everything was perfect. The staff was great and welcoming as always. The food is local and tasty.
