The hotel has ample parking spaces. The staff are great and kind and very helpful. The site is well maintained and lovely to spend free time here.

Not sure if it's room specific but I had a fusebox for the electrics in my room that made buzzing/humming at night. The outlet socket was not well secure to the wall so it could come out and expose live wires which is dangerous. The nightlights above the bed are too bright and also had some wires crudely sticking out. Wasn't sure why they had to be exposed and not insulated.

I liked that the room looked like in the pictures. It clean and comfortable. The stuff was polite and helpful. I loved the SPA. The man was helpful setting up the pool and the sauna, even if it was just me at that time. The facilities were very good.

The shower was leaking a little bit when taking shower.

I think in the past my room was for smokers. Now it is not permitted and are smoke detectors too. But the smell is still present. Next time I will mention this aspect at booking time.

Nice hotel în Suceava. They have a restaurant on site with a large menu, which is a necessity for those without a car: the hotel is located in a neighborhood with no restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very basic. They do not provide toiletries. I would have paid more for a better room.

In the hotel everything was good. Good smell from the pines, big parking.

Es for me, very very soft bad. But it's not a problem for many people. The pool isn't included in the booking. So you have to pay extra. We stayed only for one night, and didn't need it.

It far exceeded our expectations! It is a wonderful location, large and comfortable rooms, extremely clean, with outstanding facilities (swimming pool and gym). And the restaurant is excellent. I don't know why it is rated ☆☆☆, it deserves more! I strongly recommend.

The staff were very helpfull.

We did not have breakfast as the only thing avaikable was one egg and some bread. There was a queue for the one coffee machine. In the half hour we and other guests were sat there none of the empty seving dishes were filled. That evening my husbands chicken leg was not fully cooked. The waitress offered to reheat it, not a thing you do with chicken. This let the hotel down.

The room was very big , nicely decorated & very clean . The garden & the terrace are beautiful & it is very relaxing and quiet .

We arrived v late at night , our flight was delayed for 5 hours & had no dinner. We were hungry and looking forward to have breakfast . The breakfast was a fix pay / menu breakfast, very minimalistic & the eggs , bacon & omelettes looked unappetizing , just sitting there , who knows for how long . We were told no a la carte breakfast until 10 AM . We decided not to eat there . I noticed that the only negative comments about this place are about breakfast . I wonder why they do not do something about ? A good breakfast would make the place perfect .

We couldn't use the sauna, the political circus raised the electricity price so much that the hotel had to close it :( The fridge in our room didn't work, but they helped us to keep our juices in another fridge, which was nice.
