Breakfast was okay. I appreciate that the chefs tried to introduce variety each day however the hotel could do with a better coffee machine.

My room was pool facing and guests and visitors would stay until past midnight making noise and yet the pool is supposed to be closed to all at 8pm. The hotel should be strict about this as the noise disturbs rest and sleep after a long day of work. I asked to be changed to a different wing far from the pool and this was much better.

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had everything I needed, and it's clear they cater to international travelers. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh eggs, fruit, pastries, sausages, beans, etc. They will make lovely lattes if you request. I also had sandwiches at the restaurant and wine at the bar. The bartenders were nice and the gym is GREAT! It's huge (though no a/c) but that makes the workout more efficient. It isn't a luxury hotel like Serena or Heaven, but it is fantastic at this price point. It was overall a great experience. There were also a few coffee shops (Question and one other) and restaurants (Chez Yasmine and Heaven) within walking distance.

It would be great if they'd let guest exit/enter at the staff entrance only because it means if you're walking toward downtown you don't have to go all the way around the hotel.

Solid gym with AC, spacious, quiet, comfortable room l, great bed, nice hot spacious shower, with great AC, no mosquitos in room, very good breakfast especially for Kigali standards, good security, most of the staff were nice and helpful and were willing to talk things out. Very good location close to and between downtown and the nicer leisure areas of the city

My booking for a week was expensive but cheaper than the second quote I got from booking dot com for a shorter stay. I wanted to stay longer but was way above my desired budget. The hotel is good value but too bad good value is so expensive now in Kigali. The world’s cities are getting more and more on parr and more and more expensive. The security is good but not much privacy entering the building. Guess you can’t have it all. Reasonable policies.

The location is very convenient and the views lovely. I had a room on the 5th Floor and it was very quiet. Room service was very prompt and I was able to modify my order to something not listed in the menu. Housekeeping was very regular. My interactions with all the staff from when I arrived were warm and professional. The front office staff were extremely helpful in assisting me with my various requests. Breakfast was really good as were all the meals I had in the hotel. The restaurant staff were very nice and offered great service with a smile. The gym is well equipped I will definitely stay here again

Nothing really

Everything is printing clean, matching stringent international standards, comfortable and incredibly soundproofed. You cannot hear anything in the other rooms, and can fully enjoy the roomy, airy, extremely well decorated rooms full of amenities. I have tried a room and an executive suite and both delivered incredible value for money. So does the bar and the restaurant... But the main asset of this perfectly located hotel is the staff. Nadège and her colleagues at reception were incredibly helpful, and you cannot fault anyone as their competencies, attention to details, professionalism and kindness are a genuine commitment to customer experience. Truly excellent!

I would have liked to stay longer!!!

The Hotel's facilities are excellent. The room was clean and spacious and the Bed was comfortable with soft pillows. I had a good sleep. The views weren't bad either. The Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite. The Guest Service Manager Ms Nadege was exceptional. She was very professional and made sure that I had the most comfortable stay. I felt very pampered. I highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson in Kigali. I will surely be visiting you soon again.

The slip entrance is from the main road is very easy to miss.

Good facilities and clean room. Our checkin was seamless even as we arrived before midnight. The room was very comfortable and spacious. A cot was also provided for our 3year old. The buffet had good options with fruits and fresh juice as well. The location is a quiet area and you can easily take a stroll down the streets. The staff were friendly and they also had a takeaway breakfast ready for us very early on our departure day as we had an early flight. The cab drivers attached to the hotel were also very friendly and helpful on our trips about town. Nice place, highly recommended.

I've been several times at ParkInn and always enjoy my stay here. The staff is very kind. I really enjoy the breakfast which has so many options. Also the normal menu for dinner and lunch is very good. I especially enjoy the salads.

The taxi service could be arranged better. It's very expensive compared to other taxi services and several times different prices were charged for the same drop-off location. This felt a bit dodgy to me and I felt very overcharged several times. Also sometimes there was an issue between the taxi drivers as they all wanted to take on the ride and even started arguing in front of us. This is not very professional. Anyways, my stay at parkinn was very nice, but the taxi service could be improved.

The staff were very helpful and always cheerful. Carina at reception was remarkable. She made sure my check-in experience was seamless and allowed late check-out despite being fully booked on the day I was to check out

Overall, the hotel is of great value for money. The only downside was the room carpet that seemed discoloured, and as someone who suffers from allergies, I try to avoid carpeted rooms if possible

The staff are expectional, friendly and very courtious, they can really go out of the way to ensure you are comfortable and your requests are dealt with. The Hotel taxi services is very effiecient, and do not forget to do a little bit of bargaining on the rates for trips with the city or otherwise. :)

Please add a little more to your menu Room service , espically at night needs to be a litte more careful on the quality of food and service Just a little bit of traning to staff, especially Room service on phone etitcate, smile....
