First class accommodation and location.

Ideally there would be a toilet located near the beach bar/restaurant. We had to walk back to our room to use the toilet.

Everything! It was a beautiful resort. Our room was fantastic. We enjoyed the pickle ball courts, beach, gym, spa and entertainment.

Nothing… absolutely nothing to complain about

The Landings is a brilliant place to spend a family holiday, the accommodation is fantastic, the ocean views absolutely beautiful, the convenience of the whole resort (by the beach, nice marina, good restaurants, plenty of trips, excellent housekeeping and cleanliness, good kitchen,... it was all beyond what we expected. But, even better, was the staff, who exceeded ALL our expectations. The butler team were just amazing, nothing was too much trouble and they really went the extra mile, with many details which made us feel like royalty. Jeanneil was the perfect, quintessential butler from the movies, always there, incredibly helpful and a true pleasure to talk to. Ophelia and Tony were also fantastic. I cannot mention all the restaurant, bar and cafe stuff, there are too many of them, but their service was among the best we have had, always smiling, always helpful and super engaging with our toddler, who was happy to go into any of their arms at any time and at some point thought they were family. So thank you very much Stacey, Zena, Shenid, Alice, and all the others!) The location is fantastic, beautiful weather and beach, the food is varied and very good but, best of all, is the staff. They are an amazing team, extremely committed to making guests feel like they are in paradise, which they are. We will definitely be back!

It is hard to pick anything... We were unlucky that the main restaurant was closed for refurbishing, so food options were a bit limited at times, but the staff did their best to accommodate by offering part of the main restaurant menu either at the apartment or at the Calaloo beach restaurant. Other than that, all i can say is that it is a bit too hot and humid to play tennis in the middle of the day ;-)

Exceptional 10 day stay at The Landings - a truly wonderful resort. The rooms are HUGE. They are more like apartments than hotel rooms. We had a 2 bedroom villa, with a balcony and hot tub, with view out onto the harbour. We were travelling with our 1 year old and the staff made such a fuss about him, made him feel special every time they saw him. They were all great, but I must call out Flavia who was just exceptional! And also Sharlem, Krystal and Aline for always going the extra mile to make the holiday as special as possible.

The drive from the airport is quite hairy, some narrow and windy roads and does take 90 mins - not ideal after a long haul flight (but worth it once you got to the resort) - would recommend getting the helicopter if you have the option. The staff on the front desk weren't the most helpful, when we were locked out of our room 3 times as the key card didn't work - but they eventually came through with a resolution

Very good large and comfortable resort, with a lot of space and the pretty walkable path around the marina. Spacious suite with very comfortable bed. It was very handy to have fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Great swimmable beach. Beautiful surroundings. Dedicated parking at the room entrance was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping required some minor guidance. Breakfast, served in the makeshift restaurant under the tent could do with better veriety.

The location was excellent and the choice of food for breakfast was good. Our accommodation was close to all amenities and our villa was very close to the beach. There were buggies (driven by staff) to help people around in the resort, which was particularly helpful in the heat. Tourists should be aware that they would need a car or a taxi to go to Rodney Bay or other parts of the island. There are some excellent restaurants in Rodney Bay.

Choice of restaurants at the resort. There were only two open whilst we were there and rarely open at the same time in the evening. A further restaurant is due to open in the future as it is being refurbished at present.

Seper helpful staff, special thanks to the concierge, she showed the best example of customer centricity and attention to us as the guests!

I found the food being super expensive and unfortunately the Palm restaurant was closed for renovation, so we did not have many options where to eat. The regular menu could have been more interesting for that level of money. BBQ dinners were great, but they are only provided on Fri and Sat. For the rest of the week, the food is standard and very expensive, and there is no grocery store on the territory, where it's possible to buy something to cook at home (although our villa had a fully equipped kitchen, we could not really make a good use of it)

It's a beautiful resort with apartment-like suites. We had a two bedroom, huge apartment on ground floor with a jacuzzi and a massive terrace, a short walk from the beach. The resort felt very intimate, without crowds, very clean. Every night we watched the best show on Earth - the sunset, straight from the warmest and cleanest waters of the Caribbean Sea. The staff was very warm and welcoming, very attentive, we were honestly spoiled there. One of the highlight of our vacationWe also hiked the nearby Pigeon Island National Park: it's a 30 min walk from the hotel to 18th-century Fort Rodney, and from the Fort is another 30 min hike to the Signal Peak. Amazing views all along the way. On your way back to the hotel don't forget to stop at the Jambe de Bois restaurant, which has the best rum punch on the island.

The accommodations were great. The size of the suite was almost perfect for our family of 4. The view from the balcony was very good as well. The resort was larger than expected.

The cost was high for only breakfast to be included; I thought it reserved the all-inclusive package. The kitchen are was a bit tight; someone in the kitchen and the refrigerator door is open, they cannot maneuver around it until it is clsoed. Nothing was offered from the resort to somewhat compensate for a lost reservation day due to transportation delays. I understand it was not the fault of the resort, but I have stayed at other properties that would offer to provide something to help make up for a lost day

My recent stay at the Landings for a friend’s wedding was truly a delight, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Shelda at reception, who was incredibly efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The fitness classes offered by Nikita and Terry were top-notch. Their expertise and enthusiasm made every session enjoyable and invigorating. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just looking to stay active during your stay, I highly recommend joining their classes. I really enjoyed the yoga classes too! Noe and Nigel, the hotel bellmen, were always on hand to assist with luggage and provide helpful information about the hotel and the local area. Their cheerful demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel truly valued as a guest. Transportation was a breeze with the excellent service from Gaitan and Tyren Charles in the taxi service. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, ensuring that our travels around the city were convenient, safe and stress-free. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, and the attentive staff ensured a pleasant dining experience each morning. Overall, the exceptional customer service from the entire team made our stay at the Landings unforgettable. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay.
