Smooth check in, (front desk young lady had zero personality). Nice big room. Great air conditioning. Great refrigerator. The other staff at the front desk were very nice and very helpful. Restaurant was closed but the meal from room service was great. Big very nice size room. Front desk arranged a taxi from the hotel to airport at an early hour, everything worked perfectly. Great central location to walk to the historical part of town.

I would have rated this property much HIGHER, if I had hot water. No hot water in the evening or early morning. I was on the 5 th floor and let it run for over 10 minutes +++ and never any hot water.

Room space and location was good I also liked the beds they were amazing. the view was nice and there are tons of stuff to do around the hotel

staff lady was kind of rude and didn't want to help and the house keepers put the sanatized seal on my toliet but it the toliet had a weird brown stain on the toliet that was extermely visable...

It's a very nice hotel with all the facilities available at a very low rate. I'm sure that for my future trips, I would prefer it.

The outside the rooms are too much noisy, which is disturbing, and the management should ensure the silence on the floor without having sounds.

Spacious room, with a lot of amenities, comfortable bed, friendly staff, close to the historic part, on walking distance. Nice rooftop terrace.

There is a lot of construction work around the hotel, at night. So it was hard to sleep. Internet is not working really fast, you will not be able to watch a streaming service.

Just walking distance to al Balad old town Jeddah. The staff are very helpful. The young man helped me translate the arabic visa numbers for umroh application etc. I checked in at 2 am and feel safe to stay in this hotel, definitely will recommend to others. A solo female traveller.

very clean and well organized rooms are very spacious specially we got suite with our kids service is very quick and staff very helpful extra services and food prices are reasonable and acceptable not expensive calm hotel no noises so you can rest and feel like you're home

wifi was a bit weak in 8th floor but you can manage to connect slowly

The breakfast was lovely. IIt's within walking distance of the Old Town of Jeddah. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open because there were hardly any restaurants in the area open for dinner at night. While the rooms are a little outdated they are very functional and the staff did everything to be helpful.

It offers very good value for money as you can walk to Al Balad. Clean and spacious room. Staff are very nice also.

Like many places in Saudi Arabia, it's a little noisy with the construction nearby at the time of my visit.

Very comfortable and well appointed room, and fitness centre.

The breakfast was horrible! Stale cakes, instant coffee, lukewarm food, fake (Tang?) juice ... Definitely skip it if you happen to have it included in your rate!
