We did not have an adapter, and we needed to charge our phones. The man who seemed like a bellhop was so kind as to share his. Some people are amazingly generous here.

I asked for a courtesy wake-up call, and the woman at the front desk was rude and said, "We don't do that." Most, if not all, hotels I have stayed do wake-up calls, so I assumed, but the tone I received was uncalled for. On another occasion, when we first checked in, we said thank you, but there was no response; the women stared or glared. This only happened in this hotel and not in the rest of Jeddah. People were usually friendly and hospitable to us.

The room and bathroom was clean. The room had a lovely smelling fragrance.

A cold welcome by reception staff. Lack of essentials in the bathroom e.g. toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel. These are basic essentials one would expect in any hotel especially, after a long haul flight. Poor lighting in the room, difficult when you have visual deficiency. Breakfast was of very poor quality and lacked basic items e.g. cold milk, cereal (only corn flakes available), very limited offerings. I would have been better of booking room only and going out for breakfast.

The room was spacious, the location is close to the airport and has good facilities near by.

The carpet in the room isn’t new nor is it clean, it has many stains which makes the room look dirty even though the bed and everything else was clean. I suggest that the carpets get changed and the room walls get painted so that it adds a fresh and cozy look to the room. Other than that, we were given a room that had a common door with another room, and the neighbours were very loud so it was pretty noisy when trying to sleep.

Everything was excellent room and bed massive so much space comfortable bed. Shower is lovely very nice.

The staff reception kept on demanding payment when I was coming from a 24 hr flight just wanting to sleep we agreed I will pay at check out but staff were sent upstairs knocking on my door when I'm dying to sleep. The staff need to work on their hospitality felt really uncomfortable unwelcoming.

We arrived at about 11.30 and they were rushing to prepare the room for us without any fuss. The shower in my room was broken, and they replaced it also without many questions. It's value for money and it is close to the airport. Uber is also easy to get.

The carpet in the hallway has some stains as other mention, since it is a bright color. Might consider a different color or go without carpet.

Honest, courteous and efficient staff. Welcoming atmosphere. Excellent decor, facilities and staff co operation with sog posting to key local services at honest prices. If you need a taxi, contact this hotel in advance instead of being ripped off by dishonest 'taxi' drivers waiting outside airport.

The room was clean and was quite .Staff was polite and helpful.Also near the airport.

I think the rooms need additional towels . Also on your website you should have the address fully mentioned.When one looks on Google Maps the hotel is not easily found .

Only one thing - the woman at reception in evening is very slow do check in (took over 10 mins) and does not have a nice manner. Person on daytime is the opposite and very polite and helpful.

I could hear almost everything from the room beside me. I could not sleep. Noise all night and even in the morning as well. It was a awful experience and first night in Saudi :(

The location is super close to the airport. The staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms are nice. Stayed there twice and enjoyed it both times. Great value for money.
