I recently stayed at the hotel with my family and honestly it was the best decision to book this hotel. Check-in was smooth and took us hardly 5 mins. The room was clean and spacious with a separate area for luggage, wardrobe and changing. The city view from the room was amazing. Toiletries were of good quality. Iron and ironing board was the best thing available in room and it was very useful throughout our stay. They provided us with a complimentary fruit basket which was a pleasant surprise. I asked for extra blanket and it was provided within 10 mins. Food was very good. We ordered pizza from room service and it was cheesy and delicious. Their Frappe was average though. Breakfast was amazing with good options for everyone specially the fresh egg station. They also keep fresh juice and chocolate chip cookes for the guests waiting in lobby/lounge which I find quite courteous. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely come again.

Breakfast was monotonous and kids got bored by the second day. A little change in breakfast everyday will be appealing for guests who stay for more days.

Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, which was a plus. The location of the hotel was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a bigger room, which added to our comfort and enjoyment during our stay.

Breakfast was 120SR per person, which was the most expensive rate during our stay in Saudi Arabia (stayed in 3 hotels in 3 cities). We were hoping for a wider variety of dishes and more creative choices considering the price.

The room was great, and it was a reasonable size. The hotel offers two-bedroom apartments that were designed in a decent way to host large families.

The hotel is very strict regarding check-out times, and they do not allow late check-outs, even though I requested it when I checked in and was told they would consider my request. On the day of check-out, they called me over five times to verify that I would leave on time or pay for an extra stay.

Location is very convenient, it is very close to Airport and easy to go to any direction in the city. Room was, nice and comfortable, especially bathroom was clean and well stacked. BreakFast was nice and well presented with reasonable choices.

i like my room- spacious & comfortable. I really liked the hotel staff. Thank you so muh for your concern ! However on my opinion your price too much and would be better to decrease apartemnt's price for your guests.

no good location. There were not any supermarkets, cafe and restaurants. It is no comfortable for tourusts. But , any way - it is not your fault. Thank you so much for everything !!!

The hotel and bedrooms were excellent, very spacious and modern. I stayed for 3 days with my wife and family and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel is well located centrally in Jeddah, with supermarket and food options nearby. Last but not least I would like to say a special thank you to Abdallah who provided us with complementary breakfast for the whole stay, a very kind gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jeddah.

Mainly everything about the suite was great. The wonderful and fast staff, the easy checkin, the location, the room size, the pool, the cafe literally everything

1- the internet is not fast especially for work 2- the tv is not smart and no netflix (but they do offer an hdmi) 3- when cleaning the rooms, the do not thoroughly clean it, just change towels and make bed. No replenish of used shampoo etc... and no deep clean

- Amazing breakfast - New and nicely decorated rooms, significantly better than the other Radisson Brand hotels in Jeddah. - Bathroom amenities are great. - Helpful staff.

- Location is in a very busy area. Need to navigate heavy traffic to reach the hotel. - No stove and/or Microwave - that creates issues when you’re travelling with young children.

Our entire experience was great. We were welcomed nicely and every one of the staff had a smile and offered a helping hand to make our check-in and stay easy. The room was spacious and had all the facilities needed and more. It was clean, well-maintained, and best of all very quiet and calm.

The only thing that bothered us was the incredibly slow internet speed. It was basically unusable for business or even for normal use. We eventually ended up using our phones as hotspots. There should always be a paid option for professionals or people who are interested in faster or more reliable internet.

Definitely the staff and the hotel facilities, the dinner at the restaurant was great, there are multiple options.

The bathroom is not designed to allow the water drainage correctly as result I need to request housekeeping often. In which were always so kind to come and clean.
