Staffs were responsive in communication before and during our stay. Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and wifi was strong. Delicious Arabic coffee were provided at the reception. Breakfast which consist of foul, eggs, jam, cheese , falafel and bread were served in the room daily.The manager Ahmed kept in contact with us during our stay. From the airport, we took the airport express bus to Balad and from there it is less than 10 mins walk to the hotel. The surrounding area has many shops and the touristy part of Balad is also walking distance. Recommended hotel.

If you need your room to be cleaned daily, you might need to alert the reception as housekeeping might not be done daily.

I liked how clean and convenient it is. It definitely exceeded our expectation. For its price, i thought we will be getting budget hotels that are old and stinky. but the rooms are obviously newly renovated and are very much clean!

We asked for an extra bed. we thought we will be getting a pull out bed but they gave us a single foam that’s kind of old. and we had to do it ourselves. only thing i didn’t like.

Good Basic Hotel walking distance from Balad area Room was fine with all basic facilities in place. Also have a good coffee beding machines and basic necessity stuff available at the reception.

Location is a little off and have to walk appx 10mins for the market area, but considering the current options, this is a good bet.

A hotel very close (walking distance) to the historic center of Jeddah, which is remarkable. There are numerous shops in the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and all the staff are warm and professional. There is free parking available about 50 meters from the hotel.

Superb location, within walking distance to the old Jeddah town. Welcoming and friendly staff, free wi-fi, some drinks etc. available in the hotel lobby (not the case for every hotel in KSA), parking... Great value for the money.

Bit a strange check-in policy, from 15h to 19h :), but otherwise not much to complain.

Everything was fine. Nice clean rooms, walking distance to old Jeddah, friendly staff. Would stay there again. They park your car for free 2 minutes walking distance away (feels like valet parking 😊).

There is small kitchen in the room but no equipment inside. No plates, knifes, forks or spoons. Completely nothing. Breakfast was big disappointing, we recommend you not order it.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the Old City of Jeddah, which was the primary reason I chose it. The room is simple, yet spacious and clean, making it the perfect choice for the purpose of my solo trip.

The location is just perfect! The old city is minutes away, just like a well-stocked supermarket. The staff is amazing, always welcoming. The room was super clean, they cleaned it every day. Good vibes only!
