the place was great the room is very good and comfortable and provide all the facilities the breakfast always good the intertainment floor is very good for adults and children

I tried calling the room service for the dinner time to have dinner in the room the receptionist answered and said that he will tell them and they will call , but no one did even when I called twice and I was really not happy about this . the receptionist apologised afterwards for this inconvenience . otherwise the stay was good as this is my second visit to this place

The room where I stayed was exceptionally well maintained, offering both comfort and a pleasing aesthetic. In terms of location, the hotel is ideally situated, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. What truly stood out for me, however, was the cleanliness. The hotel clearly prioritizes this aspect, which was evident in every area - from the rooms to the corridors, and even the lifts. This attention to detail in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness played a significant role in enhancing my overall experience. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my stay and very impressed with the level of care and cleanliness upheld throughout the hotel.

The hotel offers good value for the price, considering the high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and service. In summary, my stay was enjoyable and there's genuinely nothing significant to complain about. However, if I were to point out a minor area for improvement, it would be the gym facilities. I found the gym to be somewhat small with limited equipment available. While this didn't majorly impact my stay

- Hot water took too much time for shower - Very less ventilation in the room - Too much sunlight coming during the day - Before arrival I was told that there was no special time for ladies in the pool while at the hotel I came to know 9 AM to 12 PM was ladies only time

- Breakfast - Swimming pool timings until midnight - Easy checkin/out process - Friendly staff - Free parking

- No windows or any kind of ventilation in the room/washroom - Had some issues with the ac, which was later resolved after calling thrice - Bath tub drainage was clogged - Bed frame was making too many noises - Too much sunlight coming in the room, especially early in the morning

Bang for the buck! Place is neat, clean and spacious. Rooms have a modern design conplete with its own kitchen and even a washing machine. The lobby smells fresh all day long. Staff is courteous and friendly (shoutout to Axed Alyami and the rest of the staff). The pool is peaceful and quiet, perfect for the family.

Nothing really.

The only thing that bothered me was that the night before my checkout , I asked for a late check out and they said it is okay. But the next day they called my room more than three times to empty the room so I had to get ready fast and wait in the lobby.

Comfortable, lovely, mainly the swimming pool.

The breakfast was not up to my expectation. I stayed in the hotel Last year during Adha holiday, and the breakfast was much better. This time, there was no variety of food, and the quality was moderate.

I liked everything. Price is the biggest thing I liked. Also I liked how flexible the staff were and understanding of my exceptional situation. I liked the breakfast so much. I liked the underground parking away from the sun.

I really wanted there to be a spa but I understand the cost would be reflected in the price.

My recent stay at your hotel was exceptionally pleasant thanks to the friendliness of your staff. Every employee that I encountered was extremely helpful and courteous in their conversation. The room was spacious and the amenities

Although it said there is no smoking allowed in the rooms, it seems like the room we got had a smell of cigarettes, clearly the previous tenant may have been smoking there or it was not properly cleaned prior to our check-in.
