The staff was very cooperative. Was warmly welcomed by Mr.Mohammed Al-Shamary. I had requested for an ergonomic pillow and was surprised to know that the GM Mr. Dia personally checks the customer requests and help them out. He promised to provide this and the next day i was surprised that they brought it to me. I am grateful for all the staff at the hotel. Basement Parking was available too. F&B manager was also present in the restaurant all the time during breakfast and was taking care of customers in a very professional manner.

The number is rooms need to be increased as the hotel team is excellent and can handle more customers in a satisfactory manner

It is an excellent place to stay, but not as good as you are paying for such a price, as the rooms are a bit average, nothing special. However, food and service were excellent. Breakfast was also very good

What's pissed me off is they are claiming to have an SPA and a gym. My check-in time was around 10 pm, and I asked the receptionist if the gym was open. She was told that it's available from 9 am to 9 pm I went to their health club the following day, and it appeared to be open from 1 pm to 1 am. So, I literally haven't been able to proceed.

Very friendly staff and great lobby to work during the stay. The areas there are isolated and you can work and have calls quietly. Pool reservation for women is outstanding, I swam there alone and nobody disturbed me. Many thanks to the manager, all requests were met great. Housekeeping lady was so nice and friendly as well, even so she doesn't know English but she did everything and beyond to get me what I need.

Shisha downstairs doesn't meet your expectations if you're a tourist :) Actually, it's general in Riyadh that they don't have nice shisha (if you know what Russian shisha is).

The Environment is friendly and quite. The staff are nice. Mohammed at the reception and another brother are so nice and helpful. I'd like to recommend to reach them for booking. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is great, dinner(though no buffet but only by menu) is nice. There is a supermarket and petrol station next to the hotel.

the 2nd-floor rooms have a smell of cigarette smoke. location is about 30min to downtown.

Very polite and helpful staff. Very clean and neat hotel. Smells nice everywhere. Our room was spacious ( larger than the standard one). Large size bathroom with a bathtub and a good size walk-in shower. Two comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of services around the hotel. Available basement parking.

The drain in the shower was slow in removing water.

The ambiance, cleanliness, and prompt service provided by the staff were all highly satisfactory. It was a wonderful experience at the hotel.. We have booked it together with employees attending Cityscape Global 2023. Very Clean & Staff were very helpful, professional, and supportive! Beautiful lobby, helpful staff, great food options. There is a cafe in the lobby with desserts and ice cream. Very clean and spacious.

It was a 30 minute drive from all the attractions like Diriya, Boulevard World, Via Riyadh, etc. which turned to 45 mins whenever there was a lot of traffic. I would likely stay at a Braira hotel closer to Diriya next time.

It was very good as overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well isolated from external noise. Decoration and ambient are relaxing and eye catching. Receptionist Mohamed was very cooperative and friendly.

Location but anyway I had a car. Breakfast wasn’t super despite the variety of items. A little problem with the noise isolation. I used to hear the TV sound from the adjacent room.
