my husband and i liked the place and the surroundings,everyone starting from the reception until we check in were accomodating and gave us the feeling of comfort.😊

we were just shocked when we came from the pool There was already water and food on the table that gave us an idea that anyone could enter our room.I checked our important things although it was all complete but it really worried us. We've opened this concern to the reception and we thanked them because they reassured us it will never happen again and it will serve as a lesson for them too.

A fantastic stay with exceptional service from Mr. Mashaan and duty manager Mr. Jamseel at the front desk, along with courteous and professional staff. The housekeeping, especially Mr. Vijay, was excellent. Kids enjoyed the spacious rooms, swimming pools, mini golf, tennis, and the kids club. The international breakfast was delightful, and the restaurant staff were very courteous. It's suggested to cover the swimming pool in the afternoon for sun protection. Overall, a wonderful stay for both kids and Us.

Facilities were brilliant and staff extremely helpful. Kids and wife had a wonderful experience and stay. Rooms spacious; Spa was brilliant however pricing needs reduction

Service can be slow at times. Outdoor pool needs to be heated; pools in Dubai and Doha are heated even in summer seasons! would be nice if dedicated time for wife and kids under 12 to access the indoor pool; some of the rooms that have been unused in a while have collected dust and the rooms needs dusting down as does the kids outdoor circus play area

This is our 2nd time visiting. This is a little gem on the outskirts of Riyadh. Very family orientated but also great for couple and businesses. Staff are exceptional. Manager Hasan from the restaurant was awesome and helpful. Enas from reception was so very helpful with us and made our stay even better. Food is top class, breakfast was lovely with amazing selections. Spa facilities are incredible. We will visit again for sure.

Finely cared hospitality from the very first step to the hotel. Smiles, a simple lemonade and a start which places your mind in a different vibe. Decoration and ambience of the room and halls is part of the disconnection. Full of great paintings everywhere, in addition to a cool design for the reception's roof. Reaz Hasan takes big part of this review, taking care of details and giving outstanding support in a urgent medical situation, involving ambulance. Staff and facilities are top notch, plus a very handy indoor grocery store, equipped with variety of products.

It’s locations makes it hard to buy food from outside in case you plan to keep costs tighten.

We were delighted with the warm welcome from the staff, starting from the entrance to the reception. The reception was full and accommodating, and we were assisted by the manager, Jameel, during check-in. We appreciated that the entire family could swim in the pool without any gender restrictions. Free swimming lesson for my daughter was given the next morning.The presence of a small garden, fish, and a playground for kids added to the pleasant atmosphere. The lamb chops at dinner were amazing, and the breakfast offered a wide range of international options. They even made a delicious hot chocolate for me upon request. My wife enjoyed her massage, and I particularly liked the spacious terrace and room. The live singer band next to the pool, with Caribbean vibes and bossa nova music, added to the ambiance.

However, we were disappointed with the drainage in the shower room, which caused a mess in the bathroom. Additionally, the faucet for the bathtub had a leak that wasn't resolved that night, although someone did clean up. On a positive note, we appreciated the nuts and flavored dates. The staff's enthusiastic assistance continued until our check-out.

It’s clean and the vibes is great….

1.There is not strict at the pool… some of them go into pool without proper swimming suits, uncontrolled children in the pool a bit disturbing others to have good time swimming. 2. The weather outside a bit hot, why don’t provide cooling fan at the bar pool area for more comfortable for the customers to seat at the pool side. 3. Dessert too much sweets ☹️.. possible practical healthy sweet dessert much better. 4. No bath robe in the room.

The property, the resort was amazing. The rooms were very nice and they had lots of fun activities to do. Kids club activities was also fun for kids.

You couldn’t bring food in from outside and were limited to the options in the hotel, which was overpriced and not the best. During our checkout, one of the bell boys, spoke rudely with my father and had discriminatory behaviour and ruined the atmosphere. Other staff present apologised for his behaviour but it kinda ruined the checkout procedure.

Very spacious, and well laid out. Large pool outdoors, but also fantastic indoor pool + gym/sauna. Location was good for the project we were working on. Room was fantastic. Very comfortable bed. All staff were amazingly friendly, courteous and helpful.

Limited food options in the hotel restaurant. Quite a distance from town or any other general shops, cafes etc.

The facilities are great and staff are friendly.

The location is not great. Too far and the hotel does not have their own cars. It is a real issue to get a taxi from the hotel. This problem needs to be resolved.
