First, the french style taking over every single thing at the hotel. Second, the hotel staff were SUPER helpful and friendly. Third, the safety I felt there as I was a bit worried to be a solo traveler in Riyadh. And last but not least, the location, everything is super close to me so I can get any place in a maximum of 30 mins with traffic including the airport, and if I need something delivered, it gets to the hotel very easily and fast. P.s. forgot to mention the DELICIOUS food they have at the restaurants at the ground floor.

Staying at Mansard Riyadh was an overall nice experience, largely thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. It's apparent they receive excellent training, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast served was varied and delicious, catering to all tastes and starting the day on a high note. My room was a pleasant surprise – spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean.

My room was on side with the busy highway in front of the hotel. This led to ongoing noise issues, disrupting my sleep at night. A receptionist tried to find me another room but he was unsuccessful due to the hotel reaching full capacity. However, there is a note of optimism, as the hotel staff have indicated plans for enhancing the soundproofing of the windows to better accommodate future guests. Furthermore, I wasn't happy to discover that the SPA was not yet operational, contrary to the description of the listing on Booking. Currently, only the pool and gym can be used, the other SPA facilities are not yet available. My anticipation for a proper SPA hotel experience was a key factor in choosing Mansard Riyadh, making its absence a significant disappointment.

Room had high ceiling and was looking quite fresh, very good food at "Saddie's cafe" or smth like that, gym wasn't dissapointing

Location is crap, but Riyad I guess there's not much stuff there in general, you can hear religios songs quite loud at night from nearby mosque, but they aren't very long, Personel was using guest elevators, and food delivery at Saddies cafe took very long time + personel didn't know much about the order and etiquette of delivery

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mansard I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hospitality at this hotel was top-notch. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and ensure that all my needs were met. The lobby was beautifully designed with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The entire hotel exuded a sense of comfort and luxury. the food it was outstanding the hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with a range of delectable dishes to choose from. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the food was always fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The service at Mansard was truly exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had.

In all sincerity, this hotel unequivocally exemplifies the best of hospitality in Riyadh. Having explored various hotels in the past, this particular one, due to its remarkable staff, has ascended to the pinnacle of my esteemed list of favorite accommodations I have ever experienced in Saudi Arabia. Mohummad, an exemplary individual working at the front desk, was extremely helpful and welcoming. His reception left a quite an impression , compelling me to extend my stay. The overall ambiance was extremely warm and joyful and each member of the staff displayed an unwavering eagerness to cater to the needs and desires of guests. Additionally, the strategic positioning of the hotel deeply resonated with my personal preferences. Around the hotel there was different options of restaurants and cafes, they were all conveniently situated a mere ten-minute stroll away from the premises. Ps: I adamantly advice to try the executive collection room, which, without a doubt, shall elevate one's stay to unprecedented levels of comfort and luxury.

Very clean and well furnished i like the they’re collaborating with locsitane. I like how the hotel has been using the restaurant nearby in a very sustainable manner.

I would love to see more professional experience however it is a relatively new hotel some of the staff wasn’t very professional such as the valet it took for ever to bring me my car and also when I asked for a late check out they gave me one hour and by the time i went out of my room they deactivated my card !??

Magnificent decor. Clean rooms. Great facilities. Helpful staff. I would like to offer, Rayan, a special mention - he went above and beyond to offer us an exceptional service. As a result, we will return to the Mansard on our next visit to Riyadh.

Could have better Running machines in the Gym, ones that integrate with Apple Watch

number one is the cleanliness, the quietness, the best basement parking, the European style, and the best staff especially Ms Maha from the customer relation,she greeted my daughter happ birthday while we were going out from the hotel lobby. She even gave compliments to my daughter's outfit. She was also the one who called us about the complementary cake. We're glad we stayed in this superb spectacular hotel. Thank you Ms.Maha for showing kindness to my family. We will always remember the good memories. Thank you also to the very professional receptionist Mr. Muhammad for being so nice and hospitable and for greeting my daughter happy birthday.

The lounge,it has nothing and it's very cheap. The snacks are limited and very few cheap selections compared to other same level hotels.
