Very accommodating, very nice staff, rooms are big compared to other hotels, the manager Fadi, is very helpful always seeking feedback and improving upon it

the breakfast is so nice and the location is perfect.

I like the clean room and the people behind the deck are so helpful and nice they are always smile.

Breakfast is mandatory, this is good. But serving start at 7 am is not suitable, too late for business, 7 am I have to be on the road or starting business.

The receptionist was welcoming and polite. Rooms are clean and pleasant smell around the hotel. Breakfast is included in the package we got and food is good as well .The stay was worthy of the price. Well maintained hotel. Good place to rest after a long travel. Location is great, with view of the airport with planes landing which my kid enjoyed watching. Surrounded by nearby restaurants, gas station, laundry and grocery stores. The underground parking is quiet narrow and didnt allow our van to enter.There are also parking space just infront of the hotel. Wifi isnt that fast but acceptable.

I booked a suite and the room exceeded my expectations. Aside from being a large room, it actually has a kitchen (stove and sink) and refrigerator in every room (at least the few rooms I've seen). Tabuk is a generally nice town with great weather, so the hotel was just icing on top.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. I think the only downside is that the neighbor in the next room was smoking even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. Also, the spring-loaded door closers hinges should be disabled if possible as they cause the doors to slam extremely loudly; this can wake up guests unnecessarily.

I always stay at Ewaa when I have an early flight. They always have great rates and the hotel is so conveniently close the airport (and an excellent Italian restaurant Blanca which is practically next door). The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I’m a female and have stayed alone at this hotel on multiple occasions and have always felt very safe and welcome.

Underground parking ramp is very steep and it's not suitable for the sedans as they get bumped from front & back while entering or exitingwhich is damaging to the car. It's ok for the SUVs. The gym can be added with more machines as the one there is not enough and not a good one for the weight lifters. The breakfast was not replenished for late commers, and everything was almost empty. The tv had bad connection of cable and it was blurry

The hotel building and facility are good, and the internal design of the lobby, the corridor and the rooms are excellent. The bed is comfortable, and the shower room is nice

I didn't particularly appreciate how the resident manager publicly treated his team—shouting at them while the hotel guests ate their breakfast. It was so rude. It made the atmosphere tense; I was trying to do some work in the lobby seating area, but his loud voice and attitude made me very upset, and I couldn't do any work. about the room: I think they need to do more related to privacy, the sounds between the 609 room and the room next to it were so clear.

The place is clean, staff are welcoming and there is underground parking.

There is no loyalty program or discounts for regular visitors, which would be a nice way to reward repeat customers
