What an experience! Grand Tatry is perfectly located near the ski resort and the bania. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were just perfect! To our surprise the hotel has a jacuzzi and a sauna that the guests can use free of charge. There is also a games room and a billiard room! We were in luck as one of the nights we spent at the hotel, there was a live band playing polish music with traditional outfits and the hotel served free snacks and mulled wine! The staff was very helpful and polite. Highly recommended!

Grand Tatry was perfect for me and my friend - we had a very nice room, the facilities of the hotel are great, the stuff is very helpful and kind; we could check-in earlier, and check-out later which was a plus for us; The hotel has sauna and jacuzzi outside of the main building - we had them available only for us, in private. The location is great - in the middle of the town, close to supermarkets and souvenir shops, close to Terme Bania. The breakfast was also great, coffee and tea available for the entire stay. 100% we will be back here and recommend to everyone! Mariana

Grand Tatry is a great place to stay for location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. We even got a complementary upgrade to a larger family room!

Only room for improvement would be breakfast, for non-Polish people there is little choice.

Lovely hotel, nice & comfy rooms, heated floor in bathroom. There's also jacuzzi and sauna and billiards. Good breakfast with enough options and dessert. Also it's close to ski lift & terma Bania.

Nice and very polite stuff. We were given the keys very quickly. The breakfast was tasty. There is lift in the house and overall it looks like a good hotel. Also, I was allowed to leave the car in the parking after checkout for free.

It would be better to check-in earlier, e.g. at 14.00.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly staff. Respect to the guy at the reception. Breakfasts are super. 10 minutes walk to the ski area. I recommend it to everyone.

Central location, very good breakfast, big rooms, storage for the ski equipment. There was a small zoo with local animals (deers mainly) Very good English is spoken which is still rare in Bialka.

Great locaton, close to Zakopane and Czorsztyn lake.Also shops and restaurants are close. Sauna, jacuzzi and lovely garden around to relax in the evening. Balcony in the room, snooker and game room are great idea too.

I was missing restaurant on site to serve walk in dinner.

such a lovely hotel. so close to the ski resort and great vibes. it's cosy, warm and very spacious. the room is huge, beds comfy and a great location. I always stay here when skiing and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend or revisit!

The facilities at the hotel were simply excellent. Amazing buffet breakfast with variety of choice from scrambled eggs and different type of sausages to salads, cheeses and pancakes and doughnuts. Drinks tea and coffee available all day until 10pm. Sauna available all the time with prior booking, pool table, games room.
