Check-in was quick and easy. The room was nice and big, clean, and with a comfortable bed. There was only a small window, but as the view was of the car park, I didn't mind. The bathroom was small and compact, but decent. Breakfast was the usual choice, and there was plenty of it. Toaster could have been a bit better, but it did the job. The fitness room wasn't available, but guests could use the facility in the hotel next door. Check out was also quick and easy. Overall a reasonable airport hotel for an overnight stay.

Bigger window in the room, better toaster for breakfast.

This is a smaller motel but very nice.It had everything we were hoping for. The room was super clean, neat and quiet. We had 2 comfortable beds-with 4 pillows on each bed .The room also had a refrigerator, coffee maker,microwave and a nice size TV-All in perfect working order . The staff there was courteous and friendly as well. They also presented a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning .

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Easy on/off I-10. Very nice property. Good parking. Clean spacious room with good breakfast. Comfortable bed w/good pillows. Nice TV. Good Wi-Fi. Attractive lobby area. Clean hotel throughout. Would stay here again.

No freezer as part of refrigerator. Waffle machine didn't work but, otherwise, good breakfast. No extra towels. Fighter jets at Air Force Base across the street were really loud (assumed they were in-training) during early evening hours.

I Loved loved the bed and pillow! I was sorry to have to get up at 3 am for my 6 am flight as the bed was just so comfortable. The check in was fast and friendly and I loved the bag with two bottles of water for me for my stay. When I made my way to the lobby so early in the morning, i was greeted with the shuttle driver and the front desk gal - smiles all around. Such a pleasure and the price and location could not have been better. Many thanks for a great night's sleep.

Not keen on the fan in the bathroom when the light is turned on - but that was manageable.

Our room was on an outside trapezoid of the building this an odd shape, ie not a rectangular, but this gave the room an expansive feeling , it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay again

Upon checking in the front desk could not get my CC information from booking and had go get a new card PLUS an 25$ security deposit ????

The hotel was within walking distance to the airport. The hotel manager on duty was fantastic; friendly and experienced. The rooms were quiet and clean.

This is an older Hampton Inn so the rooms are small, particularly the bathroom. The window to the outdoors was tiny and the entire outside wall had a curtain over it. The towels were scratchy and needed to be replaced. The coffee in the lobby was undrinkable…and actually did not even taste like coffee!

Well the billing was not to my liking. My receipt shows that my credit card was charged $409.14, but on my credit card statement it was charged $458.14 and than $1.00. Don't know what the $1.00 was for and the refund has not showed up on the credit card statement. It has been 4 days since the I was told it was only going to take about a few days. This is not the way to run a business. I am not a happy camper.

I went with my son, there was a king-sized bed and a couch, I would have preferred two queen-sized beds. We got to this hotel at 10 am for an even in Tuscon which started at 12:30 pm. The motel was a half hour from the event, instead of allowing us to check in, we had to go to the event and check-in at 7:30 pm (when the event ended).

We arrived a couple of hours early, hot day . So I asked if there was a possibility of checking in, I was told it was fine. My room was already ready. That made our day . We were able to freshen up and head to the U of A to attend some festivities.

Have no complaints.

Better than expected, this is going to be my go-to hotel when I travel to Tucson. Someone who really understands what travelers want must have designed this hotel. So many small but appreciated details. Loved the breakfast room with a variety of comfortable places to sit, and healthy breakfast choices, very well done and well managed. I appreciated paper plates instead of styrofoam.The pool area was small but sweet, with palm trees, grass, flowers and plenty of places to sit. Friendly, helpful staff. It was a cut above other hotels at a similar price point.

It was a bit out of the way to stay near the airport, but it was worth it, in the end.
