Everything about the property was Exceptional and First Class. Our room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Loved the restaurant, food, wine and the great staff. Huge shout out to Gennaro who made our time here so special and memorable. Thank you. We hope to return one day and see you and your lovely team again.

We had a dreadful experience at this hotel, but in no way do we hold the hotel responsible for it, We share it only to warn future travelers not to leave any belongings in cars, even hidden in trunks in this or any other seemingly safe car parks. Our suitcases and belongings were stolen from the trunk of our Lynk n Co rental car in the hotel car park at 1am. Hotel security captured it all on video.

A very comfortable hotel with a perfect location on the shores of Lake Geneva. Vevey is a lovely village outside Montreux and swimming in the lake and promenading along the boardwalk were both highlights of my stay. Walking distance from the railway station, which has a direct train to Geneva Airport.

I wished I had booked earlier to secure a room at the front with a view of the lake.

Location, view, service, bed linen and towels, toiletries, decor, cleanliness, turn down service, lighting.

The bistro/restaurant was very disappointing. The choice was limited, the food was cold on cold plates and uninspiring, it is totally over priced and definitely under delivers. We did not risk having breakfast ( extra pp) after our first meal in the hotel was so poor.

Lovely bar staff and great concierge/lobby staff taking care of the luggage and cars! The décor and smell was lovely and we loved the location and environment. Very comfortable rooms.

A few things were missing or not located properly. The full length mirror was stuck behind the side table. There was a hairdryer missing. The room service menu after 10 is very limited and the pizza felt like a store brought frozen one.

this is a beautiful and comfy hotel with a lovely garden for drinks or meals. Beyond the usual amenaties at a 5 star hotel like great beds, beautiful room, we loved the attention to detail such as: chocolate welcome gift, daily water, light dimmer in the bathroom so it can be soothing at night (my own bugbear), a heated mirror in the bathroom that gave a small clear square after showering. we chose a balcony room facing the lake, on the second floor. stunning views!

i wish there were a gym because i do like to work out.

The food and wine were excellent. Staff cordial and attentive. Decor was gorgeous, huge amazing pillows, great bathtub, robes, towels, bed. I can't think of anything I'd change. Looking forward to returning.

For people with small morning appetites, the buffet was expensive. That said , your staff is impressive: welcoming, of great service, and the décor inside and out makes the price acceptable. Your location is outstanding and the views from the sea-side balconies is a view for the «movies». I don't know how many photos I took. The outside front bar under the canapés and trees was just a splendid relaxing time. Your purple and white flowers were gorgeous, and all the other well kept greenery was to be remarked. I particularly love the pool with it's power jet to encourage strong swimming techniques. The lake front and towns close by were wonderful to visit. Absolutely memorable visit.

The pool closed a bit too early , specially with the canicule temperatures.

Ideally located the hotel is of course a reference on the Léman shores. It's very diverse in its decoration with a reference to all classical tastes: Swiss,french,oriental,asian...but all in good taste. The staff were very helpful, the spa was spotless and appeasing.

the sauna and spa area was really nice, I enjoyed using the sauna and steam bath (hamman). The bar area was nicely decorated and the staff was friendly. The hotel is directly on the promenade so easy to go for a nice walk along the lake.

Everything is special in the beautiful hotel. The reception staff, especially the employee / Layla and the service employee, the location, the elegant classic decor, the bathroom amenities, the outdoor garden, in short, a hotel worth staying in.

Car parking is not free 😑
