Great location - couldn't ask for much better as close to everything. Great value for money. Bed is decent although I don't think I will ever get used to single duvets on double beds. Clean, decent bathroom, good water pressure. Guy on reception very nice and accomodating.

Phone hardly ever gets picked up, and the booking.com system doesn't seem to communicate with anyone directly at reception - just a bit annoying. I was going to ask for a super late check in but no one was picking up so I was worried they would think I wasn't going to turn up ( I didn't prepay and no one was answering the message I sent through booking.com or picking up the phone). Did not try the breakfast after checking it out - it didn't look great. Definitely can get better quality for less cost at either Pokusa bakery ( opposite) or Chwila Moment ( 5 mins walk).

Absolutely great place! Perfect location, close to: the railway station, Gdynia's downtown (with all the shops, pubs and restaurants), harbor/marina, and the city beach. Uniquely nice staff - especially, the ladies at the canteen. Breakfast is delicious, broad choice, freshness, and super taste of the food :) I like the processes at HOLA - all is well-thought-out, all is effective and pleasing the visitor (e.g. although there is no 24h reception desk, one can still call the service on the phone at any time and they will help you either remotely or someone will come along soon). The hotel has interesting interior - quite modern but with some historical, original elements like e.g. the staircase. All the design makes that place definitively cozy :)

Naturally, the price could always be lower.. However, it still seems to be quite good value for money! :) Also maybe the breakfast could be available a bit longer (now it is until 10:00, also on weekends and holidays).

We had a nice and cosy stay in this originally decorated hotel. The central location was perfect for a date night and we enjoyed dinner in one of the nearby restaurants. The staff was lovely. We requested wine glasses on arrival and they were provided. The bed was really comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed delicious breakfast and great coffee (a big plus for having non-dairy options for a delicious oat latte). Will definitely come back :)

It was overall good, no doubts, just a few things that made me a bit sad…but room is fine, everything is (or at least tries to look) new and modern, bed is comfy, breakfast was great!!

I had to wait at the reception for the owner(?) - and I wasn’t alone..if it wasn’t for two Polish guys, who knows how long I would have to wait - and funny thing is that owner(?) knew that I was waiting there… It was my second time here - drainage system is still pretty poor, but at least I didn’t flood my whole room after every shower - only after the last one on my 4th day… The worst thing of all - the room was messy..they obviously tried to clean and prepare it but I had a lot of black hair in the bed, bit of dirty sheets, dust was everywhere….now I’m angry at myself that I didn’t show it to the owner….

The hotel is located within walking distance from the railway station and the beach, so it's a perfect choice to stay for a few days. Everything in the design is pink and cute, but at the same time the rooms are quite small but comfortable, and clean, and the breakfast is good. There are a lot of cafes, shops, and restaurants around, but I especially recommend visiting Mandu (dumpling place) located just next door to the hotel. In general, a great value for money.

Was there for a brief work related trip. Hotel was perfectly located near the city center, near the train station and has a taxi stand right in front of it. Lovely interiors, comfy and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast, the large choice for vegans was greatly appreciated!

The room did not have air conditioning. During the day it got quite hot in the room, but at night with the window open it cooled down.

Rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was great - a lot of choices for hot & cold food, tasty coffee, even vegan options. Walking distance to beach street ~10 minutes. To quieter beach ~ 25 minutes.

Missing some small improvements - like no place to hand towels in bathroom. Bathroom floor gets very wet, maybe curtains would help. Also we hit foot multiple times on the step to bathroom.

A cosy little gem in the heart of Gdynia. We were welcomed by Miss Hania who was all what the hospitality sector should be about - always with a (genuine!) smile on her face, very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lovely „relaxation” room where you can come down, make yourself a cup of tea and play some board (or video) games.

We appreciated how helpful and friendly the staff were to us. Plus, the location for hitting some of the best restaurants was perfect! We walked to different museums and the seaside easily from the hotel. The hotel’s downstairs kitchen and common area was very cozy and convenient, too. The room was modern and super clean. We’ll definitely come back!

I was warmly welcomed and accomodated. Owner speaks nice english, which is plus! :)..the room was small but cozy…I was alone and I can’t imagine sharing it with another person..but it’s not a criticism - I choose the room by myself and I knew it’s only 15sq. metres :) .. everything looks pretty much new and modern..bed was comfy, bathroom really nice looking….a big plus is coffee/tea set :)…it was what I expected it to be and I got what I paid for (and the price was great btw)..oh, and the breakfast was great!…so overall satisfaction :)

1) This was the first time I had to pay at the arrival…a bit unusual but I guess it’s their policy… :) 2) Drainage system in the shower (room 302) needs to be cleaned - I almost floded half of my room everytime I took a shower… 3) I couldn’t operate central heating system (radiator) by myself…sometimes it seemed a bit chilly in the room…but overall I didn’t mind…but my wife would froze to death probably :D 4) This one is probably the most important one - absolutely NO service during my 3 nights stay…no room cleaning, rug change, stuff reffiled, garbage bin emptied etc. - I was basically in the room only in the mornings and evenings but it got pretty messy at the end of my stay and I didn’t understand why there’s no service…
