Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good central location. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and with all necessary toiletries. The elevators are quite and very efficient.

The hotel does not have its own parking and unloading or loading your luggage at arrival or departure might be tricky. The city parking house across the street is not the cleanest one can find. I recommend anyone using Engelenschanze park house instead.

We had a comfortable room for three. We were well connected with a parking garage right in front of the Hotel and could leave early as we needed. We were close to the old inner city and had a wonderful walk there.

This is a taste matter but I felt the room had too much red decor. Maybe some would prefer a hotel right in the old city, but it was still at a reasonable walking distance.

This was so far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. Period. The room was spacious and clean. I could sleep well at night, thanks to the comfortable and warm bed, too. Friendly receptionists and workers, which always greeted us with smiles and respect. The location is also central, and we did not have to stroll so far to reach the hotel from the train station. If I must write everything good from this hotel, trust me, I could have made a book. Will definitely stay here again.

Top interior design, i'd love to know who the interior designer was? She/he has great taste. good sauna and gym, affordable indoor parking space across the street.

The breakfast could be more fun if they change the menu every day, may be some omelett, beans, peanutbutter, Salad, ginger shots... Everything else was fine, can't really complain.

The room i stayed was quite big and stylish. When we arrived we got a glass of prosecco while waiting in the lobby to be checked in. The workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the sauna in the last floor, quiet and relaxing.

Was quite noisy at night, to much flow of people i guess thats the downside of staying next to the main station

The person working the front desk when I arrived was very helpful with a friendly, calm, relaxed manner. She also spoke English very well which I very much appreciated. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was actually comfortable :). Thanks for that!!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. Navigating the city was a little challenging but that was not a Novotel issue. Being a North American I am used to having ice machines available and access to beverages at hotels. I think that is cultural difference but I would have really appreciated that.

Location, facilities, spacious room, Gym, friendly staff.

Rooms are nice and warm, but as others also mentioned before, too warm for sleeping and lowering the temperature setting didn't work. Rooms lack character, almost sterile with no interior decoration.

Proximity to train station, walkable to all we wanted to see. The staff is lovely, spoke English to us when we asked. The price was reasonable as well. We highly recommend it to people coming to Muenster.

The rooms were a bit too warm for our American liking and there needed to be small face towels for us to use.

The hotel and stuff were amazing! The position of the hotel is very close to everything. Rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is amazing! Please do not change anything! Special thank you to Juan Perez, who is speaking English, Italian and probably other languages, he really help me during the breakfast with all asked :).
