The bed and the duvet are exceptionally good, I had a great sleep. The room is clean and has the basics you might want to have.

It was a bit pricey for what the room has to offer.

This is a hotel built in the alpine style with lots of dark wood panelling. Room was large and comfortable with excellent shower and soft beds. Breakfast was excellent. Every option in a buffet style served with friendly and helpful staff. Bistro restaurant was great as were the bars. Jolly alpine music added to the atmosphere.......! It was great to be able to watch the skiing from the bars.

The service in the Fondue restaurant was poor. Wine arriving at the table when the meal was half way through... (and then only when we caught the eye of a server twice!) Dessert menu delivered and no one followed up to get our order! We gave up and went to the bar! The jolly alpine music in the bars became a bit much

Rooms were very nice. We did not know that this hotel is part of adventure valley or ski adventure. We were so happy after seeing all those adventure activities there and we enjoyed. Staff was very nice.

Nothing to mention as it was the perfect hotel for our visit however breakfast options can be more other than breads/corrosiant something salty like soup. Restaurants also can have more option looking at the size of the hotel and people coming for those activities.

I often come there to ski and snowboard Alpine. I have parking at the hotel. In the morning I go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast, then I go back to the room and go down to the hall with my skis. Everything is right under my nose. It's amazing. There is a very large shopping center nearby. Construction and food products. Clothing stores and sports stores. Pizzerias and restaurants. I have a sentiment for this place.

The ladies on reception were a font of knowledge, big help.

No Kettle in the room or even one behind the reception desk. The QR code scan didn't work trying to get into ski, no one around, had to ask 3 people, eventually advised to scan the exit first ??? which worked but lost 15mins of slope time, and yes you guessed it also didn't work trying to get out too - rubbish.

This is not the place to discuss the ecological and landscape impact of indoor skiing. All the reviews below can be summarised as: walls are thin. If your are lucky the room next door is empty, if you are not, then you have to endure a bachelor party, complete with techno music and chants. Food at the friends restaurant was simple but good and not pricey. Ordering takes place through a QR code. Payment as well, be sure to have a bank application on your phone. Bed is good, bathroom can be awkward for colleagues or friends sharing a room because there is not much privacy. The sliding door can be dangerous for children. Breakfast was very good.

Soundproofing and people having a party. Which can happen everywhere.

Easy access to the snowslopes and private parking

Room door absolutely not soundproof. The receptionist has to manage the hotel and the snowslopes desk in the same time so the waiting is too long. The access card to the room got desactivated 10 min before the check out time. It cost me a free round trip to the reception which is really far from the rooms

Overall value for money hotel with excellent slope access. Very good breakfast, but could run until a little later. helpful front desk.

Great hotel - clean and comfortable - practically attached to SnowWorld. The check in process was seamless and the staff helpful. Parking is not included and will cost an extra Eur 7.50 a day. Good room size, very clean. We had lunch and dinner at the Snow Friends cafe' - the prices were fine and the portions very generous.

The breakfast - at 17.50 euros per person it is a huge rip off. The food on offer is good but not special enough to justify the price If you have a car, drive 10 minutes down the road to Ikea. We went the second day and ate just as well for under 20 euros for four people.
