We stopped here just for one night traveling from Porto. The outside pool is very nice, lots of sunbeds available. The room and the bathroom are spacious. The breakfast was great, abbundant buffet. Staff friendly and attentive, always smiling.

Nice place to be with your family. They do events but it doesn’t disturb your stay. Good atmosphere:)

Nothing that I can remark. Staff was super friendly and we didn’t have any issues during our stay.

All the staff very nice. Dinner was very good. Breakfast was excellent ( despite the fact I had a very quick breakfast to leave the hotel by 9.00am ) The single room was very large and with a large bathroom

The room was too hot and not only mine as many other customers were mentioning the same The room allocated 123 was next to the cafeteria and play room and pretty noisy till late. The breakfast and dinner hours are very very late. I do appreciate the hotel is catering mainly for Spanish guests, in this case they should mention on Booking.com brakfast is from 8.30 and dinner from 21.00.

Difficult to find way round, little signage there were a few old photographs but no information about history? Also no information sheet in room regarding times of opening of facilities

The quietness of the place and the very helpful staff. They had all the facilities you need for relaxing stay. Really good stay if you are planning to relax

No access to the thermal pool unless booking a circuit. Daily menu a bit limited.

These are only very small things... But Auto light switches in some areas need timers set to longer duration No fresh orange juice or croissants for breakfast

Hotel met overall expectations. Nice surroundings and big clean rooms.

At breakfast the overall feeling was that things are a bit unorganized. Personnel was very willing to help, but it felt as they were understuffed.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The massage was great and we enjoyed the circuit and the pool.

The options for the food in the restaurant. Outside the set daily menu you couldn't order much in the main restaurant.

Nice hotel with a "spa" (understand a jet stream pool + sauna etc) in a gorgeous countryside location. Great open spaces and garden.
