Everything was spotless. The hotel is new, so that helps, but you could tell it’s cleaned thoroughly. I have allergies and even though it was a pet friendly place I had no issues. Floors clean, bathroom clean and stocked, linens smelled clean, breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

If I had to have one it’s just the gym don’t have a lot. The space was big, but only 1-2 people could use free weights at the same time. Of it’s gets busy you wouldn’t be able to have more than 5-7 people working out at the same time.

The breakfast that was included was much more than we expected. The choices were almost endless. Even my youngest, who is very picky left with a full belly. I was surprised by how well stocked the kitchen area in the rooms was. Also I was very impressed by how soft the sheets were.

There was a strong chlorine smell coming from the pool area but once you actually got in the room I barely noticed the smell. Also I thought it was great that there was a colander until I realized there wasn’t any pots to cook something that might need to be strained.

We didn't eat breakfast but the location of the hotel was excellent! Close to great restaurants, service stations, grocery and convenience stores.Also close to the attractions we came to see: Concert at Simmons Bank Arena; Museum of Discovery; Arkansas Zoo and the Fairgrounds where we attended the State Fair. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again! 😀

The room exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 6, and my 13 year old said the sofa bed was the most comfortable one he had ever slept on.

There were quite a few loud noises that could be heard from the neighboring rooms in the middle of the night.

Clean room, great pillows, great breakfast.

I didn't like that the only soap offered where in squeeze dispenser bottles. They are not user friendly to anyone who lacks hand strength. Due to arthritis in my hand, I simply wasn't strong enough to dispense anything out of these dispensers. My 7 year old grands couldn't dispense anything either.

Good location near my son, lots of eating shopping nearby. Good breakfast. Good size room.

4th floor shook, tub needs something in bottom to prevent slipping.

I originally purchased 2 rooms through Booking.My friend cancelled.So I cancelled one of the rooms. Just before the trip she found out she could go so I called the hotel directly and got a nice room for a good price. The lady was very very helpful at the front desk and went out of her way to help and make us feel comfortable. The rooms were OK but not necessarily a good view. I was looking at the back of a air conditioner vent out my room. However, the location was excellent for what we needed and the staff at front desk were wonderful.

The room may have been very clean but didn't have that polished clean smell and feel. That does not mean it was not completely clean.The sheets seemed a bit wrinkled and not as crisp as I was expecting. It was Spring break and there were a lot of kids there so they could have been very busy.Also a few days before a tornado came through and the winds damaged the lower floor where I was supose to stay.Which again was not their fault. Overall I would give my stay an 8.

I had an issue with the pool. I traveled with 2 of my grandsons. I took them to the pool, and it was very crowded. That I understood, and after a short time, other families left. Right after that, a large family came in, being very loud an obnoxious. The adult male was throwing his kids up in the air, and when he did, the boy landed on my grandson. I asked him to be careful, as my grandson was scared. About 10 minutes later, one of his children scratched my younger grandson down the chest. In addition, the adult was drinking alcohol. This should have been monitored better. I did tell the staff, and they were apologetic.

I personally liked how clean the hotel was, and the breakfast was very delicious. I think the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I personally didn’t like that the gym closed at 9.

My wife really enjoyed the breakfast. There was plenty of parking spaces around the property. The hangout area was very cool and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Just a couple minutes off of the interstate, and a mile from multiple places to eat and shop.

The room was a little smaller than I would have preferred. We had a gorgeous bathroom with a walk-in shower, which was nice; but I would have preferred a bathtub for the weekend.
