I've a long history with this place & been to this resort since they are still known as Travel Lodge. I'm very satisfied staying here as its near to all the places that i frequent when i am in cameron. Breakfast was good especially the fried rice & fried noodles. Tasty. Room was crisp clean. Restroom was even equipped with toothbrush set.

The sharing water dispenser is available at the corridor in middle of each floor. But I wish there was a water boiler equipped inside the room so that when i'm desperately out of water stock in the middle of the night, i dont have to walk outside the corridor at 3 am to take water.

Everything. The location, the food, the service. They are superb! The staff are always smiling no matter where they are. Way to go! People will be coming back for your good customer service. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would suggest thorough cleaning the rooms from time to time. It is clean, but you can see some stains, especially in the bathroom.

Variety of breakfast. Tried all the breakfast provided, all were good! This trip was not in plan, at first we wanted to relax & enjoy Cameron, then, due to the day being about to sunset, we decided to stay for 1 night. Had quick survey to stay before proceed to book this hotel. At least met my expectation.

Very good service. Staffs were very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Delicious breakfast buffet. Shops were within walking distance. Ample parking space.

Breakfast variety was good and the quality of the food was maintained throughout our 3 days there. The room was also very clean and facilities were well maintained. Bonus that there was smart TV and Netflix as well. Staff were very very friendly and helpful and elevated our stay! Moreover, the hotel is a short walk from two food stretches and near to Centrum mall as well, so it's convenient to get food and snacks/groceries :)

Our room window was directly beside the corridor, so we were not comfortable with opening the window as anyone walking past could look in. I think it would also be good to install locked window grills for protection so that people are not able to reach or climb in when the window is open.

The room's design is modern and pretty, with very comfortable bed. The room has ceiling fan but since 16 degree Celsius, I don't switch on the fan. Large 'android' TV with good internet connection, can watch Netflix and YouTube smoothly. Complete toiletries provided, such as toothbrush, body wash, body lotion and etc. The toilet is very clean. Easy check in and check out. The staff are nice - I asked to be near my colleagues' room and the staff able to accommodate. The breakfast is ok, has basic menu such as nasi lemak, porridge, bread and etc.

The room is quite small but I can Solat. There is no water heater (to drink) inside the room, need to get from water dispenser at the corridor. The window is at corridor.

I like the location of the hotel in the heart of Brinchang, walking distance to the mosque, Centrum CH mall, convenient shops and restaurant. It just you need to hike a steep hill to return to hotel. I love the TV and the bed is comfortable. Water station is available at every floor so need not to worry about staying hydrated, or quick instant noodle late night session. Staff was friendly, I enjoyed my quick chat with the manager every time I stumbled upon him.

Sound proofing is poor if that is your thing. The layout of the room that facing the walkway, and access to the room via apartment-like foyer with wooden flooring, makes it quite noisy when people walking around. The King/Queen room window is facing the corridor outside, and you can clearly hear people talking. There was also construction nearby, so you probably heard them as well.

I had wonderful experience staying at SpringHill Resort. The hotel should awarded best employee of the year to one male Indian staff (sorry I didnt get his name). He's very attentive and helpful. I have sore throat on breakfast and limited to eat anything. He offered if they can prepared omelette for me but i said it was okay. Then he surprised me with hot tea with ginger for my sore throat. I feel welcoming and touched. I lovee their hot shower and cleanness. They even have water dispenser every level. Their Nasi Lemak is good and the promo buffet dinner is affordable. The location is quite narrow but very close with Centrum Mall. You can even walk to the nearest restorant/supermarket. Very accessible. Definitely recommend to repeat next time.

The building is beautiful with lots of plants and flowers, clean and well maintained. Location is great, walking distance to the mall, grocer, food places. The room was clean and the bed were comfy, toilet equipped with hot water. We got there early and luckily the room is ready for check in. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast was nice too.

We expected the room to be bigger but thats okay. We wished the room has more that one plug point. We were not so lucky with soft boiled eggs during our 2 days breakfast First one was a hard boiled, second one was a raw (we only take from the basket they prepared).
