The location was very conveniently located near the small town that I needed to travel to the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pet friendly which I very much appreciated! Most importantly, after I realized that I had listed the wrong date of arrival and departure on-line, I called the hotel to ask if they could change my reservation to the correct dates. They courteously, and kindly, updated the correct dates for me. Thanks!

It was a great breakfast. Good bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy.

Nothing the hotel did or didn't do. But some kids' screeching and splashing in the hot tub made that experience the pits. My friend and I could barely hear each other talk and it was far from relaxing as a result. My husband didn't even last 2 minutes because of it. Ear-splitting shrieks. That was at 7:30pm or so. We didn't hang around beyond 8:00 to see if they'd eventually leave. The parents told the kids to stop but they basically ignored them. That pretty much ruined that part of our stay. It's always a shame when parents can't control their kids so that their rambunctiousness doesn't affect others' comfort.

The breakfast was delicious, and located convientently in the lobby.

We could hear a toilet flushing, or something that continually would "run" for few seconds then stop. it did this our entire stay. It was coming from another room we think. Also, the drink machine was less than desirable on choice and price. Cans for $1.50, and not many choices. No diet options.

The location was great - right off the freeway and near gas, food, etc. The building and rooms were attractive and clean. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was surprisingly good and varied.

My ONLY complaint is that the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows weren't very supportive. Those are very common issues in hotels, though.

The breakfast was incredible! I am not sure I have ever had this nice of a breakfast at any hotel before. Bacon, eggs, biscuits/gravy, potatoes, waffles with strawberries/whipped cream among other things. It was both amazing and filling for an active day I had planned. Coffee bar was also amazing with choices of syrups/creamers, hot cocoa and tea. The room was well appointed, clean and roomy. Would definitely stay again!

There was an issue with no hot water in the shower, but I went to the front desk and the receptionist took care of the issue immediately and apologized. I would not give a low review for this, as it could happen anywhere.

The hotel was nice. The room was clean. The breakfast was adequate.

There was construction on the highway that passes the hotel and the exit was closed. We spent 30-40 minutes wandering around Rexberg before we were able to locate the hotel. It didn't help that we arrived after dark and after 10 hours on the road,

Breakfast offered plenty of options. Far better than the average free breakfast I was very appreciative of the patience from the front desk staff when I reported a light out when it was really just a light switch in a place I wasn’t expecting

Sink light switch should be by the sink not by the front door

The pool was very fun and nice. The room was very clean, just a few dead ants in a corner of the bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. We plan on staying more than one night next time. Also the breakfast was good the next morning.

Only wish there were scrambled eggs for part of the breakfast. But I'm a picky one lol. Nothing much besides that. It was a good stay. Will stay there again.

The staff was very nice. Room was clean, plenty of towels, hot breakfast, pool stayed open until midnight and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed ourselves and we look forward to staying there again.

There was a old coffee filter in the coffee pot and a few pillows desperately needed to be replaced. But other than that it was great. We have a good time.

Had to ask several times for a hairdryer. They aren’t attached to the wall anymore. I kept being told it was in the closet. Finally a nice housekeeping staff went and found one. Pool could use a make over, outdated but ok
