Location wise , find Marlim Mansion or Hydro Pool- its across the street.Stone throw away from AFC,these landmarks are widely known around Angeles City. The Hotel itself is clean, old building tho but clean enough, too clean that floorwax spread throughout the entrance when we arrived 😁 I'm a fan of fw btw. Staff were nice, the smile ,the greetings and assistance,truly commendable. Great job ate aya and the gang 😊 Everything you need is around the area.. Free breakfast was served, hotdogs with egg was great! Not to forget, if your are an old soul who loves antiques,,this is home for you!

Everything was fine until I woke up around 1am, the karaoke from those nearby establishments fills the room that we occupied so I checked the window and found out the ac was leaking a bit lucky enough to have the blinds to act as the sponge..

I liked that the feel of the hotel was nice. It was easy to find and accessible also.. I like the room was bright and bed was also comfortable. The staff were accommodating.

The lobby was a bit hot, it has an aircon but wasn't working. Elevator also was not working.. Our room had small tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, I also didn't like that our sink was under maintenance during our stay. It wasn't working.. The aircon also in our room was near the ceiling so it look awhile for the entire room to be cold. I was hoping we could transfer to a different room but since the hotel was fully booked, we couldn't be transferred.

I like the property. But, i might suggest to the entrance door need to he more wide open so that the pwd or person with wheelchair can easily pass through.

I'm glad I found them here. The staff were very nice, and friendly. The hotel facilities could use a bit of retouch but hey the lobby, hallway, and the unit were clean and decent! My companion and I loved the hotel so much, we decided to stay for another night. The place is close to convenience stores, banks, bars, restaurants, and many more. Will book their hotel again when I return.

The staffs are very accomodating,they help us with our stuff. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

The elevator is not functioning and the videoke outside at the bar is too loud the whole night.

The breakfast is good staff from nightshift is friendly and always giving us a hand

The hotel was under renovation so the noise from the lobby was quite loud. It would be better if they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. Some of the tiles in the room were loosed so we had to be very careful while walking. Another is there was no bidet,shampoo and body wash in the toilet.I believe those are basic needs. Good thing I brought mine. But the bidet😭Or maybe I just expected without checking if they are included in the package I paid for. But one main problem was the air-conditioned. I guess it needs cleaning. The horsepower capacity may not be fitted to the room. I woke up in the middle of the nigh coz the temperature was so warm😭
