The staff was really nice. The property is small and it has only a few rooms which means it was really quiet. The room with the private garden is nice to have for taking breakfast or dinner outside with family. We had cleaning services everyday, witch is really much appreciated. The hotel also smells amazing.

There aren't any activities at the property like a pool or sports. Another things we did not enjoy that much is the location itself and by that I mean the city. There were many hotels but most of them were closed, the beach looked like it was a really beautiful place and taken care of, many years ago. Now it looks like most of the people abandoned the city. Even if the hotel is really close to the beach and the city center it feels like in the middle of nowhere. The city didn't feel like a place for tourists. This is not the hotels fault of course but seems like an important thing to know when planning future trips.

We recently stayed at this wonderful property for 10 days and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, Anthony went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, handling all of our requests promptly and efficiently. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations thanks to Anthony's dedication and hospitality. Great location, 250-300 m from the beach. Daily cleaning in the bathroom & floors. Once 2 days change of linen & towels. Great patio space for the studio with private garden. Private parking in front / back of the location. Electric controlled shades. Complementaries on the house upon our departure. Friendly owner & employees. We had a wonderful stay, if we will return to Gerakini definitely we will come back at this location.

Easily the best quality of fit and finish in any room I've every come across in Greece. Amazing care in the details. Everything worked and no lose electrical fittings or handles or locks as is often the case. Highest quality materials. Friendly reception desk Good quality daily cleaning. Good value. Good location Space in the room (maisonette)

No pool or breakfast.

It was in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach. Extremely clean, the rooms were cleaned everyday excellent. The staff is very helpful and the communication is very easy. Nearby there is a bakery with excellent coffee.

The extra bed in our room was not so comfortable but I got used to it in a couple of nights.

We prefer check out 12 pm in order to be able to fully utilize our vacation day before our trip back to home. I missed checking the check out time this year in our reservation, in 2023 it was 12 pm, in 2024 it was changed to 11 am, I missed that detail. thanks for your patience and understanding of our delay with checking out. Great apartments, spacious and clean. Hosts are welcoming and they were very nice to all of us. Apartments are cleaned everyday and they have everything you could need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants calm and comfortable holidays.

Exceptionally clean room, equiped with all the necessary facilities, everything is new and fully functional, the automated closing and opening of the window blinds was really cool. Plenty of private parking space, enough for all the guests. Mosquito repellents are also provided in the room, which was also a really nice touch. While we were at the beach, not only did they clean the room and change the sheets and towels, but they also put on the AC unit for you, so when you come back the room is nice and cool, this hasn't happened to me ever in Greece where you usually have to pay extra to even get the AC remote. All in all a very pleasant stay, I would recommend it to anyone.

Too many wasps outside, which was a shame because the front terasces were beautiful, especially if you are on the level floor like we were, it's like a little private yard, very well designed but we could barely enjoy a cup of coffee let alone a meal outside, they'd come in swarms. Perhaps a bit larger bed for a kid would be nice, we were provided a baby crib for our 3 year old but I think a regular single bed would have been more appropriate.

The building looks new and well maintained, everything is very clean and the apartments get cleaned daily. The apartment where we stayed had a small kitchenette with all we needed. There's air conditioning on both levels of the 2-level apartments and we always found them on in the afternoon when we got back for a short rest, greatly appreciated, especially when there's 36C outside. It's very quiet, we didn't hear anything from the neighbors and all the windows have remote controlled shades so good conditions for great rest. Plenty of space for parking but not much shade. The beach is a 5 minutes walk away but it's not that great as it's pretty dusty. There are good restaurants within 10 minutes.

There was great WiFi signal but pretty poor bandwidth, had to use 4G instead. Would have been great to have somewhere accessible to clean the sand from our feet. There was a faucet on the balcony but the drainage was all the way across the balcony floor. There's no operable window on the upper level of the apartment so it's not possible to get fresh air in there.

Great studios, very comfortable, well maintained, walking distance from the beach and restaurants, right next to a bakery for breakfast. They clean them daily and change the towels every few days. The owners are very friendly.
