The location next to the river was amazing, especially since it was Sakura Season, so walking along the river and relaxing in the evenings was great. Not too far from the station, and bus stops are close to the area. Toiletries were offered at the desk and the staff also made sure if I was needing cleaning daily or not. Staff also helped to understand locations from the area, or needs.

Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Wish the window would have opened because at night it was a bit stuffy but I think the latch was stuck. Maybe just my room.

Great views of the city. Will allow luggage to be stored before and after stay times. This place near a lot of shops and bars. Not too far walk from station or bus stop. Laundry prices are reasonable.

Bathroom felt small to sit on toilet correctly. It is two buildings and travel between buildings kinda a nuisance for others services.

It's a tidy hotel with nice staff. Our room was small but adequate, although the bathroom was particularly compact. We had a room on the upper floor so it had an open sunny aspect. It's a flat 10 minute walk from the station and buses to the sand dunes. There's a good tourist office at the station.

The free drinks (wine, champagne, sake and more) in the lobby were a big plus ;) Very friendly and professional staff, good breakfast. The room is very good, and the hotel is really nearby the train station, and the bus stop to go to the beach. Overall a very great stay! Thanks ;)

Comfortabele room, walking distance from the station and bus stop, located at the river side. I arrived one hour before check in to drop off my luggage, and they already gave me access to the room, which was very kind. Definitely recommend staying here!

we got the room on 10 floor the view was very nice and hotel give women the amenities like face milk , lotion , cream and face pack also so that was so nice and plus point for women and I so happy and thankful to hotel because I literally forgot my face pack 😅. The bed was super awesome and so comfortable than other hotels 🏨😍.

Nothing at all but they don’t provide coffee ☕️ in room only Japanese tea 🍵 and there was a hole in my room’s wall 1056 on right side near to hair dryer I think and a crack on wash basin near tap . But that doesn’t bother me at all but I need to specify it 😇.

The location was great.

Some of the parking staff were a little difficult. Especially if you find full speed Japanese a bit difficult.

Pretty much everything! Was amazing value for the price and very comfortable! I also liked that it had a bath in the bathroom, not just a shower.

Conveniently located city hotel with all the required facilities. It had a nice bathtub and a good view from the room across the city. On site parking is available. The rooms are small but clean.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is that the breakfast is really great. Even though you have to pay extra 800yen to have it, they keep the buffet style nevertheless this pandemic situation. So you can eat as much as you want.

This hotel is worth the value. The problem is that the city, Tottori prefecture is not so develpoed city comapred to other major cities like Osaka, which means the public transportation here is not very useful. EON mall which is near this hotel and Tottori station is the only place people get together and enjoy the conversation. The best way of doing sightseeing here is to rent a car or to use a bus. Even though this hotel serves rental bicycles, it takes about 30 to 40 mins to go to places like Tottori sand dune....
