Very comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathroom. Location is great.

When we arrived it was late and raining, we tried for ages to get in because the gate was shut but there was no answer from the reception. I had to walk into the hotel reception and call the phone to get someone’s attention. It took a while to sort out and there wasn’t any parking. We managed to park in the end but I had to get one of the girls from reception to come out and help with the parking. Wasn’t really a big issue any of this but a little frustrating.

The receptionist dealt with professionalism

When I arrived at the hotel, I went through the check-in procedures and the amount was paid, but I did not like the room. So I spoke to the receptionist to make an upgrade, and he informed me that there is a better room, but ((new fees)) would be paid and it was not deducted from the deductible amount. Therefore, the amount was paid double for the 2days of reservation. Now booking Please return the amounts that were paid.

The hotel is very clean and offers a lot for the price you pay. We expected a basic room and breakfast, but the appearance of the room was more sophisticated than we thought. It was very clean, sheets were top white and ironed, the bathroom had amenities and nice towels. The breakfast was simple but just what you need to start the day. Also the rooms have mountain view which is really great.

The breakfast doesn’t have any vegetables. Some tomatoes and cucumbers would have been nice.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff were still friendly and helpful. The room was clean, with air conditioning and the beds were comfortable.

Although everything looked immaculately clean at the surface level, the shower didn't drain properly leaving water levels in the shower tray rising quickly. I suspect the cleaners don't lift up the shower drain and clear it of old hair etc. as part of their procedures. We have had this problem at this hotel before, suggesting cleaning procedures are not as thorough as they need to be.

Nice budget hotel room, clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Continental style breakfast was good given the cost. Check in was efficient and there was plenty of parking.

On the edge of town, so a bit of a walk into the centre, maybe 30 min. The retail centre next door had a good pub which we ate in and there's also a good beer and wine warehouse with it's own bar. This was also excellent.

Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of savory and sweet dishes. I also liked the soundproof room, parking, shower and it was handy to have access to a microwave as we arrived late. Reception staff very friendly and willing to answer any queries.

I do not have any complaints to make.

Modern, good looking rooms, comfortable bed, great light controls.

More power outlets in the room, a table where we can both sit and eat, and a hair drier would've been nice (but we expected this). Some things were slightly broken, e.g. the window felt like it's falling out when I opened it, and the shower was leaking, but nothing serious.

Quiet (as long as you keep windows closed), close to motorway, closed parking during the night. Comfortable bed, nice shower.

Noisy electrical supply?! Switching off everything did make the noise disappear. The budget and style version share the same reception, not well indicated where you have to check in and where the entry of the budget building is.

Peaceful sleep. Soft closing doors. Good breakfast. Close to supermarket, bar and other place to eat

Two lights were not working. Bathroom sink and shower drained too slowly. After two showers, we were nearly flooding the bathroom.

We stayed there for 2N3D. Loved the location - away from hustle and yet, very close to some good pubs and restaurants. Very clean though the rooms were slightly smaller (okay for 2 people but we were 3 in a room).

There wasn't much to dislike - it was a budget hotel so I never expected a 5-Star experience!
