I was curious about the high rating for a value-priced hotel, and went a little out of my way to check it out. Well, it is the real deal. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in at any price. The room was huge, with a comfortable king bed, usable desk, and a comfortable sofa. The bathroom was similarly well-sized. This is a single-story building so no dragging baggage up stairs, waiting for elevators, or noise from a room above.

As an older guest with osteopenia and therefore wary of slips and falls, I found the bottom of the bathtub/shower to be extremely slippery. I may start carrying a shower mat with me on future trips.

Room was large and comfortable. Very clean. The hotel is older but close to where we were having a family reunion.

Our room was close to the front desk so could hear people talking late at night and early morning.

The owners were so kind and relatable. They made the visit feel more like visiting family. I was having some issues with my back and they recommended some things that I could do and local places to visit. The staff kept the rooms and grounds immaculate and were very polite. They were on time everyday to clean the rooms and change the linens.

I was a little disappointed that there was no breakfast as this is what influenced me to choose this location. I talked though it with the owner and from a business standpoint it makes sense and I can relate, but did not like having to figure out what the feed the kids for 3 meals a day when I planned for only 2. There was always hot coffee though so I was grateful for that. I was disappointed that there was no carpeting or additional seating in the room besides the desk chair but I know those things can be hard to maintain and to keep costs low in order to turn a profit so I can understand.

I do not think breakfast available. I did not get up in time to notice if breakfast was available, but looked like eating area was closed, except for coffee pot on. There was no fruit available as in other hotels for guests. I am 99% sure no breakfast was available. Bed was very compfortable. Room was very big and roomy.

There was absolutlely no information on what the hotel had to offer. No computer was available for guest use.

Great service , Friendly staff, Clean rooms. Stayed here 4th of July weekend, Loved it. Returned for Labor Day weekend. Everything great as before. Keep up the good work

It's in a good location, the facility is well looked after.

Wifi did not work, but they were working on getting it back.
