Good location opposite the port and close to beach and Dizengoff st. staff was very nice.

the lounge/bar/outdoor sitting area was not part of the hotel and we weren’t allowed to use it so only used our room. Rooms were cleaned late in the day. can be noisy at night due to central position

Great location - next door from the Tel-Aviv harbor and from the Yarkon park. Good amenities in the room - coffee machine, A/C, soaps in the bathroom, good quality and clean towels etc. Great service and a fantastic breakfast space at the Fantastic Bar downstairs.

There was a way too strong perfume scent in the hallway - they should tune down their dispensers. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, especially for the cold water. There was no hands soap in the bathroom - we managed with the shower gel.

the hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. friendly staff always ready to help. the room has 2 air conditioners, a coffee machine, a refrigerator, a set of shower products with pleasant smells. the room was clean and large. at night there is no noise from the street at all.

one of the air conditioners was quite noisy, but overall it didn't bother me. there were holes in the curtains, and I did not understand if this was an element of the interior or just old curtains. and the hallways are very dark at night.

Location of the hotel is near the beach, but at the very end of Tel Aviv, so it would take some time to walk to the central part of TVL. But the good part is that it is very good connected with city busses, and bus station is 20m away from hotel. Breakfast was great. Room was nice i clean.

a bit further away from the central TVL by walking, but manageable. Rooms could use a bit of furniture update. Coming on Saturday during shabat i not recommended cause check in is after 18:00. So plan your trip smart.

The breakfast was wonderful. There was an amazing selection of dishes, and the staff was gracious. The service at the hotel was wonderful. From the greeters at the front desk, the dining room, house keeping staff and all other members of customer service, I was served with gracious smiles and a friendly intent to please. Thank you!

There was a very strong smell of air fresheners and/or cleaning products in the halls that for people sensitive to oders was difficult. It also permeated the room.

It is well located with easy access to the beach and central Tel Aviv. The rooms are large and airy. The downstairs lounge and bar area are a funky mix of an English stately home and Alice in Wonderland. The staff are attentive and pleased to help.

1. Location is great: close to all great restaurants ( definitelya big plus), a park and the promenade as well as to the beach ( less than 10 min walking). It is not on the beach but close to the market and better food options. 2. Breakfast was very good, with reasonable food selection. At night breakfast area transforms into magical bar ( but absolutely quiet one). 3. Front desk staff was working incredibly hard. Very talented young people. Special thank you to David who spent time to help with transportation reservations etc.

One day there was no cleaning service. It is a very small boutique-kind of hotel with front desk being overwhelmed if more than 4 people checking in/out simultaneously

The "delux" room is very large and clean, shower is new and well maintained Location is excellent - nearby port and few minutes walk from great beaches

Breakfast is not in the hotel but in a nearby coffee shop (nice - better food than usual hotel breakfast, but also not nice - you need to walk 3 minutes)

I loved the ambience The hotel's decor is stunning, transferring you to another era. Great atmosphere at the bar with a unique character. The staff was very friendly, in particular the welcome and guidance at the reception, which was fantastic and very reassuring as I arrived after midnight, and after a very long day. The room was very comfortable, I was upgraded when I arrived, and would have loved to have stayed a couple more nights, if I could have. I look forward to my next visit ;)
